I can usually rise above it but this morning was tough because kept getting muddled up, forgetting things in the middle of doing them, which is SCARING me. The Menopause is tit. Really tit. It sends me into scary places too. If you ever need to talk reach out. I'm in perimenopause. I have periods every 2 weeks and then nothing. Mt mind us down then up. I honestly don't know if I'm coming or going. Sending you lots of hugs xx

now you’ve set me off, that’s really kind 😘 - this thread has been a saviour to me over the last few weeks to set and maintain a routine which has been so important for everything going on here, I feel acutely aware of how it might feel to be reliant on the positive interactions especially after a crappy day.

I prefer a dark chocolate bounty 😬
