HRT has saved me, not for everyone, but until I actually started it I didn’t release how bad I was… I feel normal & free now

I've been thinking about that, and I'm really grateful to hear that. I don't know anything about HRT, the menopause and its effects is all very new to me, but the symptoms/effects are coming along fast now. I'm boiling hot alot of the time (they turn the heating up just to make me uncomfortable...it was on 27 degrees today) and also my brain at times just like it stops working. Haven't a clue what I'm doing or supposed to be doing in those moments. So it's a bit of a scary time.
