There are plenty of good reviews for his life coaching. Some have really turned corners.

I think sometimes if you choose a life coach based on a reality TV show, it’s like meeting your heroes and as they say, it always disappoints.

I would advise anyone who is a fan of the show and needs life coaching to google alternative options and potentially non celeb based options.

In other news. OG in for season after Bali and another to follow is the rumour. Not an OG OG but in and around season 5-12.

Whom is he doing it with not that awful Temptation? Miles has also has a bad case of the Emily’s though in that he starts a sentence/some information and or tid bit and doesn’t follow through with it or forgets and giggles or a fly twats his forehead and he re-focuses on that boring moment. He does it in his stories/lives all the time & simpleton Emily in her vlogs. I haven’t listened but it just comes across as terribly irritating and ‘unprofessional’. I couldn’t bare to hear the stupid inane chat/forgetting mid sentence/ inside jokes/giggling on a podcast 😬

The only Made in Chelsea podcasts worth listening to are Private Parts and Fred and Sophie's. Melissa and Habbs's podcast is like listening to the two most self-absorbed, shrill schoolgirls from your high school year group talking complete shite for an hour as they get tanked on wine. And no, the alcohol doesn't make them more interesting.

Issy’s looks just like her mother; same teeth, smile and eye positioning. Issy is & acts so young she seems to be being exploited sometimes & very un-realising of it Her mum looks more her actual age in Issys stories, it’s a particularly flattering picture to be fair.

Issy is a lovely member of the cast but as you say she gets exploited. She's 20 and Miles is 27. She's just out her teens and he's closer to 30. The way he's lead her on is disgusting.
