A lot of it's performative and forced. He's more pedestrian than he makes out, and even does his own shopping on the high street. My sister once saw him in Waitrose clutching a crate of Champagne (no less), which he quickly abandoned after realising there was a large queue ("is THIS the queue?" he declared). Another hilarious story involved a friend of a friend who saw him strolling out of TK Maxx in High Street Ken, and swiftly proceeding to stuff his TK Maxx carrier bag inside a Harrod's bag🤣

Melissa and Habbs's however is the worst podcast I've ever listened to.

That's brilliant. Was he rifling through the sale rail?😅6 Degrees...I feel like I've listened to it. Is it the one where Spencer prank called Harrod's? Haha, yeah, I think I managed ten minutes of Habbs's one and that was quite enough. Boring, vacuous pair.

That is hilarious. In the very early days I saw
him in M&S Kings Road going through the reduced food items.
 
Since we are on the topic of spotting Mark, I’ve spotted him around Kings Road once. I saw Fredrik in Liverpool Street station 2 weeks ago clutching takeaway bags. He looked every bit of handsome, quite lanky though. I was walking to Spitalfields market with my manager and I gave him an embarrassing stare! He knew I recognised him and looked away. Must be thinking who’s this nut case😂

I always got the impression that Mark holds the power in their friendship dynamics. I remember one of the only times we saw Victoria genuinely hurt/upset on the show is when she felt he was dismissive if her feelings and not in her corner. I forget what about but Mark seemed pretty unfazed about her feelings and only apologized if it would make her feel better.

Mark walking on a public pavement is a mind-blowing concept😅Fred must be shy, bless him. My mum sees the "OG" lot quite frequently - mainly Jamie, Hugo and Spencer, at her local Co-op. I used to see Ollie's Union Jack car parked in various places, and strolled past Lucy walking her dog once. She's incredibly petite and short. One very strange one was my police officer friend pulling up some guy for speeding, who claimed to be Ruby's half-brother when she first appeared on the show. Made no sense as I don't think she even has a half-brother, and this guy was a completely difference race to her.

he also used to make a big deal out of never travelling via tube the one year (during one of the end of season party things) rich edwards pulled up a candid picture of him on the tube someone must’ve submitted, and he was clearly mortified

Okay confession time- I haven’t watched a single ep of the Mallorca or whatever series as there’s just better stuff on Netflix, will have to catch up! :)

I also met Jamie in probably 2012 and he was in a rush but still happy to pose for a pic with me, v brief but he seemed very lovely and happy!!! I also saw Proudlock walking down Oxford st once and he was wearing an orange puffer and his skin was fake tanned the same colour lol also saw Tara (Jamies ex?) in Primrose once

Just wondering, do staff members in the club have to sign an NDA, or something like that... Just so that their attendance doesn't get leaked to the press.

I doubt it, it’s not like they are A-listers with prestigious careers in the public eye to worry about protecting, they’re just reality tv show cast members.

the press wouldn’t be interested in their antics enough for them to need an NDA, surely
