I just don’t get how the people who worked with her who refused to think she had done anything can be so brainwashed , I can usually pick up if I like/trust a person at work after a week or so and I think most other people I know are similar so surely working on such close range to her they must have picked up on this . I’ve read the transcripts and of course they all say nothing no evidence but it goes against any semi intelligent persons nature not to pick up on bad vibes from someone . Dr NoName I wouldn’t trust him to peel a banana never mind still be in such a responsible position .

They’re so bleeping lazy. Yes EP is a moron but she accepts Letby murdered the babies several times. They attempted to do this by picking tiny bits of Dr Gibbs’ evidence too, Hammond again shared it and said he felt it suggested he thought she was innocent. Absolute bleeping nonsense. By all means don’t read it all but you can’t bleeping offer an opinion if you don’t 😑

I don't think they've bothered to read much at all beyond tweets and watching YouTube.

I can just imagine EP as a manager. The NHS is full of bullies. I saw it when my grandmother was in hospital. In fact some hospitals have had their CQC rating reducers due to prolific bullying in certain departments. Hopefully it will be rooted out following this inquiry.

I second this. The NHS overall has a terrible culture and often it's the worst and most useless nurses who are promoted up into management. I see so many like Powell, overweight, lazy, think they are brilliant, bully anyone who challenges them, but also have favourites. They are very poor managers. Good managers should be out there on the unit, seeing what's happening, supporting their staff, being fair ans consistent. You can bet your life Powell was the sort to sit on her big fat bum in the office all day going to 'meetings'

I find the way she talks about the unit basically as odd as Letby’s way.
“You have to be quirky to survive the unit”
A) what the duck are you talking about
and
B) anyone that describes themselves as QuIrKy is usually a bleep 💖

It's just such a stupid thing to say. Reinforces my opinion that she's a crap manager. If it was a well run unit, you wouldn't have to 'survive' it, you would just go to work, do your best, and feel valued and safe.

Completely share your opinion on people who describe themselves as quirky or crazy. They are usually just cunts like you say!
