I'm half hoping that tonight's episode will start with the rest of the villa having to dump one of the other couples still left on the podiums, so Jessy and Joey or Jess and Ayo, the only couple that would want to save Joey would be Matilda and Sean. As Ciaran and Josh clearly can't stand him. That would wipe the smug smile off Joey's face.

Joey has clearly been enabled by everyone throughout his adult years, by both his family and the public. His ego is absolutely massive, and his family coming in blowing smoke up his arse about how he's been great and done nothing wrong when he's been horrible majority of the series just goes to show that. I don't know why anyone would think he's a nice person when he's part of the Sims family.

This is a man who got angry about being called thick, but was happy to cash in on his false stupidness and make a career out of it.

I was going to switch to the US version because of the hype but it was irritating af. I might have aged out of watching these shows. What am I going to do now? Read? Learn an instrument? Better myself?????? What is this the 90s?!!

After Casa this season just went downhill fast. We lost a lot of big characters, Uma, Ronnie and Harriet too early. I felt the season started well and had an older vibe but then it just morphed into past series repeat behaviour. I say bin Casa or make it completely different. Dumping singles after Casa should happen again it prevents the recoupling a la Liam, it’s never been the same since then.

Casa needs to go or something twisty during Casa like one of the Villa ppl get hoofed out and the others don’t know who. LI always falls off the cliff after the Casa recouping and it’s a scramble for mini dramas and fake lovey doveyness to reach the final. Absolutely no more Joey Essex castings and no more exes. FLOPS
