I thought last year was boring but this is next level

Who knows where the producer’s heads are presently, if two sets of couples are vulnerable then the islanders picking who to save would be grossly unfair, we are talking who will be in the final now. Can anyone remember what has happened at this stage before ?Every episode for the past week has been centred around Ekin and Davide. As if the series wasn't boring enough
So at risk means there's gonna be the bottom two couples and the islanders choose? Then the couple who get saved will go before the final
Not likely I know, but if it’s the islanders’ choice Ekin and Davide could go, the others must recognise how popular they must be.

It’s dropped off a bit since casa but this series has had the best one liners ever, all courtesy of davide. And how can you say titty gate was not memorable, i’ll never forget it as long as i live

Was hoping baby challenge be tonight too!I still think it’s better than the last two seasons but I think it plummeted after casa and they never really came back from it. The Adam thing was just a waste of time and push to get Paige to the final. The bullying thing was draining. Titty gate was hilarious and ekin/Davide gave good tv though.

Just checked back to season 5 and yeah, there were 3 in the bottom and the islander's chose who to save

Anyone else think producers are making the men do all this nice stuff in response to all the comments calling out the level of misogyny this year? To me it reeks of "Toxic masculinity?! No look, they cook and do nice things for the women!" The sad thing is it'll actually help convince the younger viewers that they really are all nice guys

Agreed. It’s making it worse IMO. It’s basically saying men can treat you however they want as long as they do the bare minimum like small gestures such as making you breakfast every now and then

I doubt Gemma's mum will jeopardise her place in the final by not giving her seal of approval on the parents day, but I'd love it if someone else told them about that comment she wrote about the bullying. Imagine the drama if Ekin hears that from her brother and then tells Gemma

Last night’s show was so boring. The show took a nose dive once Casa was over and Jacques’ exit.
Re: Gemma and Luca‘s run, I think the producers would love to have some gushy or a favorable edit for them. But I think due to Luca being Luca, they are still struggling to show anything good of him, bar the odd one liner. What we are seeing as always is his petty and petulant behaviour. That conversation last night about ‘who’s punching in the couples’ showcased how stupid and deluded Luca is.
It also doesn’t help that while Gemma is pretty, she is quite bland, very forthright and not really a gushy/PDA slushy type like Paige. So in comparison, Gemma and Luca can look quite dour in comparison to other couples.
To wrap up: they can’t give Luca a favorable lovely edit because he isn’t giving them any content. He’s not stopped loving about not going exclusive. On the contrary, they are probably burying a lot of not so nice Luca content!
