Personally no. Expect they know already and if they don’t they are well bonded together by now, you feel very differently in an isolated luxurious bubble .. plus there’s always the thought they’ve never heard of Michael Owen 😉

Sexist stereotyping as it is to say this the boys should know who he is. Gemma seems quietly confident to me she just doesn’t seem to be the sort to make a drama about everything. But if the producers make it the Gemma show it’s not fair on her and wether 19 or 90 women are always judged far more harshly then men. Luca asking Paige what her fave sex position is 2 mins after meeting her I think was rude and roles reversed she’d have been deemed a bad girl.
So far there’s no one that I truly loathed as I did Hugo last year But a girl can dream. i Like E Sue best

Yes Ekin Sue’s becoming my favourite too, no side show there, refreshing.

You’re right shows exactly where his mind is from the off - I don’t like him. But I don’t know why she answered him... she should’ve told him to duck off

There’s a difference between knowing who someone is and whether they are relevant in the present day, and yes I expect anyone who likes football will have heard of Michael Owen but do they know what he’s doing presently…. I will qualify that with the fact that Gemma’s presence on LI will have invoked a bit more interest in him than usual.

Honestly, I think it's bloody weird, came on to have a laugh with others about something I'd seen others saying previously and then I get shot down and made to feel like a bleeping nasty person when there's a million worse things on here!!! Definitely must be people who have no idea what tattle threads are really like!!!
 
I’m convinced Luca has either been told, already knew or has worked out who Gemmas dad is, sounds like he’s been deliberately talking horses and football a lot both things Michael is well known for within earshot of Gemma to impress her and then asking if he’ll get on with her dad, the “that’s if he knows his stuff” wasn’t really a normal comment to throw in there about her dad imo.

Obviously a high chance ITV have manmade this storyline and are feeding Luca lines like that too, either way it was a weird one.

Yeah I felt their convo was very much him trying to get it out of her, rather than her bringing up her Dad.
