Yeah, Faye spoke about their landlord so they are renting it. Both are just make over renovations looking for free furniture & accessories - cue standard naff boxy velvet beds & sofas with desenio prints. Carpet cleaning Ads. Massive OTT Christmas decorations up in Nov & balloon displays….
Supposedly Faye & Teddy are trying to market themselves as property gurus, the next Kirsty Allsop and Phil Spencer angle.

I’m surprised neither have bought tbh. Especially Faye & Teddy who have apparently made property their thing.
Exactly making a big deal out of it for any publicity when only moving into a rented home & just getting some free furniture & maybe paint a wall.
None of them have the money to buy yet & wouldn’t get a mortgage approval after a few months of dating/ influencer cash - no secure long term proof of salary earnings. Molly Mae & Tommy haven’t even bought yet in over 2 years & earning a lot more.

Molly’s burglars must be very disappointed in nicking all those fake rare watches, jewels & designer bags. Probably only the few she was wearing are real. Other influencers have spoken about how difficult it is to get a mortgage as banks are wary of social media’s income reliability. That’s why it a takes a few years for them to buy. Plus they want a McMansion in Cheshire £2m+ to keep up their rich image not a normal starter flat.
Faye’s just future proofing the home name beyond their inevitable split.

Let’s be honest, what else are they going to do now they’ve “turned down” all those offers? LolImagine posing on the stairs like faye and Teddy in a rented homeI get home renovation pages for bought properties (not something I would do) but I don't see the point for rented.

She got them removed due to one of the challenges in the villa created a lump (think it was the snog/marry/pie one). Last time I read Faye likes the fillers and is getting them back in. She does looks so much better without the fillers.

The way she was acting I honestly thought they’d dug into the penny jar & bought their house? The poses on the stairs, talk of must having to do the reno herself because she’s done it since she was 16 etc etc?!! I’m sure theyre proud to be living together but come on, it’s a bit OTT for a place they’re renting for 12 months fgs! Is it in London?

the company who did her lip fillers posted a video of her before she had them done and it shows her true face! I was quite shocked by how different she looks.
