Someone on my school run has a face full of filler, she was about 21 when she started, must be 23/24 now. Her face looks ok when she's wearing make up, but awful and puffy without. I’m way too lazy for that tit.

Tbf I don’t think the filler itself is the issue, it’s the fact that hers migrated terribly.
