I think Jakes behaviour in CA reflects badly on the type of person he is as opposed to using his behaviour as an excuse to why people cheated/strayed
Yes it isn't so much whether the others cracked on in CA because of what he said, but the fact he said those things at all.
All the while then pretending to care about the original villa women and sympathising with them.
Interesting to know what tactics he will use now he has been exposed. The villa might slightly forget due to Faye, but Jake will know the viewing public are on to him and he will hate that.

All Kaz said was that she understands Faye. That's not agreeing with her behaviour.

She didn't tell Faye to scream the villa down. Faye is in the wrong, but people will still managed to make it about Kaz.

Like that post "Kaz is another one". Just say you dislike her and move.
I'm not making it about Kaz at all. Faye was a witch all by herself. I'm just saying no one told Faye to wind her neck in.

You're going off at the wrong person because I don't really have an opinion on Kaz.

- And out of all the essays I've posted on here in the last 12 hours I think that is the first time I mentioned Kaz. 🤷‍♀️

'All this bollocks about wheat intolerance, no witch, you're just getting fat'
'Everyone knows that I am dealing with this bleeping food situation and I'm hungry and it's not fair cos I've got ALLERGIES'
'Someone get the bird some bleeping dairylea'

Stuff like this will never be allowed on telly these days :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Megans awful 🤮🤮 i think shes worse than faye tbh If youve watched ex on the beach.

All I saw from Kaz was her telling Faye she agreed with her.

I did notice how most of the girls disappeared though. It was only Kaz and Millie entertaining Faye.

This! Even if Kaz did agree with her, she could see how the situation was panning out so she should have found some different words that didn’t egg Faye on. All she did was boost Faye’s opinion that she was right. Stirring the pot!

All of the girls could have tried to step in and calm her instead of standing back and watching.

With so much going on last night did I mis-interpret the bit where Jake .. with a face so red you could have toasted your bread by just being close by .. was making a case, well in fact insisting, that how could it be construed that he did anything wrong 🤔
Don’t really need to make the full ‘river in Egypt’ comment😉

This was the best thing ever. Feel like I’d just drop a reminder of some of the funny moments last night 🤣

I think if you take the Megan McKenna argument the difference is all the girls were shouting back etc. I felt like last nights episode was just Faye bullying and undermining Teddy. It was hard to watch someone being treated like that. I get arguments and fighting but last night was different
But that is just one example of her there's loads of others. I watch a lot of reality TV and seen far worse. I honestly think Faye showed herself up but she was screaming and shouting not hitting or threatening anyone.

The whole premise of LI is not conducive to good mental health. It shows rejection from the off based purely on physical attraction, how utterly degrading is the initial line up where people choose? People are played off against each other and manipulated. Challenges where men wear suits and women wear tiny little bikinis. Even the fact they are not allowed to cover up in the day. But adults choose to participate and we watch it knowing this because it is their choice.

Faye is being diagnosed but she is just a bad tempered aggressive loudmouth. But applying the good mental health benchmark why is no one concerned for Jake.

I was too lazy to find the person who said that "Kaz is another one" so you're correct. I wasn't going off at you

It seems like Faye got scared after seeing the footage of herself and Sam, like she was worried Teddy would dump her so she started acting all defensive... Laughing about it nastily with the girls but I'd say she was really worried as it seemed fake.

Deep down she doesn't think she's good enough for Teddy so when she saw his Casa Amour footage, she blew it out of proportion and used it as an excuse to push him away before he could do it to her.

She was absolutely bang out of order the way she went on, but her anger at what happened just highlights how insecure and fucked up she is. She needs to sort herself out, feel sorry for her.

From what I gathered from Katherine Ryan’s stories, there is a prize money at the end and if the girl couples up with a guy who is single then they both win the money, but if she couples up with a guy who’s in a relationship, the guy and his GF get the money.
See this is brutal! But they’ve chosen to go in it
Why are people making reports to bloody OfCom about last night? What is it going to result in only that segment being scrapped for next year and again another sanitised version of the show without any drama. It happened, Faye went off, complaining to OfCom isn’t going to make it un-happen. The same ones complaining are the same ones giving out that the show isn’t what it once was. Is it any wonder! THIS IS WHY WE CANT HAVE NICE THINGS. Just stick on the Antiques Roadshow on repeat and let the rest of us salivate in the drama we want to see.

What a sad little life Jane.
🤣🤣🤣

Okay I don’t normally comment on Love Island threads but I can’t help myself here!

I’ve been watching since episode 1 and have just caught up on last nights episode.

I’m a clinical psychologist.

Whatever happened to be kind? I appreciate I haven’t gone through all 29 pages of this thread, but all I can see so far is abuse to Faye. Before anyone assumes anything, I am NOT condoning Faye’s behaviour which, by the way, was technically domestic abuse.

Faye is emotionally unstable. In fact she shows features of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder or BPD. She has very clearly been through some trauma in her life from men; be that an abusive ex partner or unhelpful attachment styles from her childhood and parenting, or both.

The Love Island producers exploited her last night. In fact they tried to exploit most islanders with the “movie” challenge, but the difference is that most of them had the emotional regulation capacity to be able to cope with the situation.

People keep saying “why does Teddy keep being done over by producers?”. I’ll tell you why- it’s because they know Faye is emotionally vulnerable and so they have been deliberately portraying Teddy in a bad light to upset Faye for entertainment value. What the producers probably don’t understand the full extent of, is that this is exploitation, and they are triggering Faye’s mental health issues and previous trauma in an uncontrolled environment. It’s ethically appalling.

It doesn’t matter that it’s Faye. It doesn’t matter that she’s a woman. If it was a man, or if it was Teddy behaving in this way, I would be shouting the exact same thing at my television: “get that person out of that situation, take them out of Love Island, and give them therapy and support”.

Anybody who behaves in that domestically abusive way, male or female, needs long term therapy and should not be on Love Island. So just remember that before you abuse her on this thread- nobody is born to behave in that manner. The producers should hang their heads in shame for a) orchestrating the situation and b) not diffusing it immediately.

This is why i see my younger self in Faye, as I have BPD and this is how I handled things. Its awful for all involved.

Respectfully, I don't see anyone here abusing Faye, just saying her behaviour was abhorrent and that they feel sorry for everyone having to deal with her. Maybe I have missed the abusive messages but I really didn't see any.
Oh I can definitely see signs of BPD, my mother has one and my dad, lucky me 🙈
