Not as well known as it should be. I find it ironic that we learned about the American west and how European settlers wiped out the native Americans, but it took until I travelled to Australia to learn about what the English had done there.
 
god someone please make her stop with all the instagram stories, i am also from a country that was colonised and the effects are still so huge today. the fact that Louise is so obsessed with the royals, is just so weird. she is SO desperate to be seen like she could be a royal, but just the nice parts like being wealthy, getting to go to fancy parties and dress up in pretty, sparkly dresses and having her girls do the same. she is so embarrassing.

I think you can tell when parenting accounts come from a genuine place because they give their kids privacy.

If they are showing their kids faces every day and dressing them up like dolls, they ain't no real 'mumfluencer wondermum' ... just a wannabe celeb who's in it for the money. Louise can say darcy chooses the matching outfits, but if darcy wants to stop that, will she be allowed to? Cos that would mean less content on the sickly pink Instagram account 🙀

She will have serious regrets when her girls grow up and express their feelings about the lack of privacy, feeling exploited for content, or being controlled/posed to seem perfect

I hope Darcy gets a proper teenage strop on soon and gives her hell hahaha

On a more trivial note, how can she be clearing out the girls room again, i swear she JUST did it!!!

Same! Literally over a decade ago, she was so bubbly, fun and actually relatable.

Back then Louise was my favourite Brit YouTuber, she actually introduced me to Zoe’s channel! Louise seemed like the most genuine and relatable (whether she was better at faking it back then or not I don’t know)….totally different person now. That’s not to say people can’t grow, but I think she has shifted into this perfectly curated person in a perfectly curated world and it just comes across as so icky.
 
Louise is trying so hard to be posh. She wants to be all scones and stately homes and I'm not buying it at all. Trying to keep up that persona must be miserable. She's all about positivity but I had to unfollow a while ago because her whole thing just makes me feel anxious. It's exhausting to watch.
 
Wow only 13k views on her last YT video uploaded nearly a week ago. Surely at some point you pivot and move onto greater things?

I feel like for so many influencers if they had stepped away just after their peak when they were still relevant the career opportunities would have been abundant in alternative areas.

But they’ve been greedy, chasing the fame and money and the horse has bolted leaving them standing in an empty stable trying to flog Cricut machines to no one.
 
I’m howling at her recent Instagram stories about not knowing when to come back online. She’s so in her own world in her state of mourning, everyone I know is going about their lives as normal, sure it’s a significant thing the Queen died but I don’t think influencers need to be staying offline until after the funeral to mark their respects? So bizarre, I know it’s been talked about on here already but it’s so funny how she thinks and acts like she’s upper class when she’s really not.
