That embroidered denim jacket she's showing off is like something a child would wear
It’s hideous goes well with the awful green nails, green boots and bag.

I remember being weighed in school - absolutely hated it even though looking back I was perfect weight. Used to pull a sickie in later years when I knew it was coming up. It was also used as part of maths when decimals, weights, measures was taught
I'm mid 20s so this would have been 2000+ in a very normal national school in the south.
On the same day she is on about being weighed and BMI not being a useful measure of health she is sharing PR drops from McDonalds and Krispy Kreme! Does she not get the irony?
this is why I don’t buy the tit on intuitive eating from her. There’s nothing intuitive about an entirely junk food based diet. It must be so hard running after kids at that size, no wonder she’s such a moan
What about the year of health?
Excuse me ... it will start after her free macdonalds and 6feet of free donuts... how dare youWhat about the year of health?
Totally agree, I've always been about 14 stone and during lockdown put on 3 stone and was up to 17 stone which I'd say Louise is in and around and I was so uncomfortable and couldn't do anything with my kids and in bad form felt uncomfortable and out of breath a lot, I've lost weight and am down to 13 1/2 now, there is nothing wrong with being bigger but it definitely impacts your health so her narrative does not wash with me. I'm still big and a good size 14-16 which I'm happy with but there definitely comes a point where you can be carrying too much weight and it impacts your life, Louise's failure to acknowledge that is ignorant. We haven't heard about the yoga in a while. Not that it was doing much for her cardiovascular health anyway tbh.
On another thread with an Influencer who is the same size, posters were saying that they found a world of difference in their breathlessness between when they were a size 24 and whatever size they are now, like size 16-18.
Like, you don't have to be skinny! You can still live life in a bigger body but EASIER!
14-16 isn’t big, you’ve done amazing with the weight lossTotally agree, I've always been about 14 stone and during lockdown put on 3 stone and was up to 17 stone which I'd say Louise is in and around and I was so uncomfortable and couldn't do anything with my kids and in bad form felt uncomfortable and out of breath a lot, I've lost weight and am down to 13 1/2 now, there is nothing wrong with being bigger but it definitely impacts your health so her narrative does not wash with me.
