Yes, it was very distracting. She revealed the other day she had an eye lift, so I thought they might have been detracting from bruising, but she said there wasn’t any so god knows why that make up is like that.
 
Jane's "blusher" was very brown looking, I honestly thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me at one point!

I've noticed a few of the ladies have had awful make up recently. I think Charlene was the most recent before Jane, her foundation was off colour but I couldnt quite decide why, it just looked different and wrong.

Surely the producers or whoever must notice it looks terrible on camera?

Since Donna May left the make up has been noticeable for all the wrong reasons.

I would boot off -
Brenda - I don't mind her generally but her shocked face at everything Colleen or Linda says is annoying and has a holier than thou attitude when her own son was no angel.
Dame Homes - boring
Kelle - not a good fit for the show and pretty snooty
Katie Piper - soooo boring!

I like Christine although she's very vanilla.
Loved Carol.
And Janet is the best!

Very unkind and judgemental to say her son “was no angel”. Maybe she wants to put the focus on all his amazing achievements rather than his negative traits such as drug use. Sadly drug use is rife in that world. He did seem like an incredible young man and she is right to feel proud.

I don’t have strong feelings about Brenda either way. Carol was about my least favourite and I find Katie Piper more and more interesting.

Agree about Kelly H also really like Denise.
 
I'm bored with nothing else to do, so I thought I'd check out the tickets remaining for their tour.

Tickets are selling quite well for the vast majority of the dates, with Liverpool/Glasgow/Nottingham/Manchester near sell-outs. Liverpool's date literally has ten tickets remaining. Others are approaching that level too, like London and Cardiff, with mostly back row seats to be sold. Birmingham is also listed as sold out on Ticketmaster, but you can buy tickets for the show from the actual website.

The worst performing date continues to be Newcastle. They're lucky if they've sold maybe 25% of tickets there. Surprising given its Denise's hometown.

Also, a reminder should you need it that the show was so much better without the audience during COVID times.

To be fair the last few years Andrew has made a lot of money talking about George and Wham. He doesn’t seem to be anything else other than ex Wham and keen cyclist. He isn’t to my mind a huge star, his celebrity comes from being in Wham a long time ago. I think he knows and is comfortable with that, he has had a nice life.He was on the radio the other day with his own show contextualising the Wham tracks, how they came to be written. He basically chipped in the early ones and then it was agreed that George was the talent. They had a lovely relationship right until George died. He seems a lovely guy, well spoken and dresses well. I haven’t seen LW today.

I agree. He always comes across well and I think it is fairly common knowledge that George Michael was the (enduring) talent out of the two of them, he's never tried to steal GM's limelight or try and say otherwise. It's nice he doesn't appear egotistical.

Unrelated but I saw an ad today, something about Nolan and a vegan kitchen segment or show (surely not a show). God help us. She's been vegan for five minutes.

To be fair, when Jane said to Andrew something along the lines of “if it wasn’t for you then Wham may never have been so successful as you encouraged George and brought him out of his shell” Andrew then came back with “it was George’s talent which was the reason why we were successful” so Andrew, as usual being self-deprecating and making it about George

He’s more than happy to talk about George, I don’t think he’s bothered

Yes he’s skinny but his pallor looks the same as it always has done, he’s always been dark skinned, swarthy I think the term is, and still has that same skin tone to me
 
Has Kaye got a cold or has she been smoking?! She is sounding like a rough Glasweigan crankie today!
