Linda has nothing much in her work diary.

Her home life seems to have gone awry. Her kids all leading busy lives, her husband no longer interested. Her best mate, Pauline has gone awol.

She also goes to the opening of an envelope these days. She goes to everything.

Her life has changed so much. Inevitable that kids lead own lives but she probably thought her and her husband were rock steady, she would have plenty of work coming in, her best mate by her side and at work. All she has now is limited time with her family and Loose Women. She is still getting £3k a pop for inane drivel, so in that respect she is winning at life.

I stumbled across Channel 4's Extraordinary Escapes with Sandi Toksvig tonight and Judi Love is on it. She's just so genuine, warm and funny, I'm really enjoying it. I've always liked Sandi so this combo is a very enjoyable watch.

I can’t remember if it was last week or the week before that Linda did 4 episodes that week. I think as someone else said she’s local so can get to the studio at the last minute if someone else isn’t available

Christine is one of the closest, as I believe she lives in Chelsea, not far from White City, Brenda lives in Acton Town, again not far.

Charlene didn’t cop on what she meant for a while, but quickly moved on. Kelle B (born again virgin laughed but in a disapproving way). Linda mentioned her Rabbit last week too. Brenda did mention Coleen’s tattoo that she has of a teapot on her wrist and each of her kids have a teacup so Brenda mentioned if you lose things maybe get a tattoo instead. But that was about 2 - 3 minutes earlier in the conversation as they went back onto sentimental items again. Linda on the ball again with where the conversation was currently going at that point in time by blurting that out randomly

It did make me laugh though

I’ve stopped watching it and it’s done wonders for my mental health.

No more wanting to throw things at the screen every time they open their mouths. Even the ones that they present as the “intelligent” ones (Jane, Janet…) are far from the Brain of Britain.

I will never forget, in the run-up to the Qatar World Cup, Jane saying something along the lines of “politics never had anything to do with sport until recently”
