Haven’t watched the video, but blooming heck, I thought Jane McDonald was one of the more popular ones. I remember just before she left they got a new producer and it became really serious. Lisa Maxwell left shortly after. They bizarrely kept Sherrie Hewson, who was as daft as a brush, and one day she was being silly and Andrea McLean glared at her - they had all been told to be more serious. I think that producer moved on swiftly and Denise Welsh etc came back. Not sure why they wanted them to be more serious, it is hardly Newsnight. Probably a new broom sweeps clean scenario which backfired. I bet they would love her back now. Her star is in the ascendancy again.

The show was definitely at it's best from 2007/8 - 2010. I used to watch it when I was bunking off school ill and the camaraderie was electric between them all. Carol and Denise were particularly great. They shouldn't tackle the serious subjects, after all the sob stories and misery on GMB, Lorraine and TM all morning, we need something lighter.

I have heard that Sherrie Hewson is not a nice person, a real "do you know who I am" type and the ditzy lovable gorm persona is all an act.

Jane is well informed on every topic. She does her homework.

then you get the likes of Coleen trying to fake joke through and Linda clueless.

the comparison is shocking.

Coleen always compares the topic to “paying nurses and doctors” - they are not comparable.

they are giving the thick a platform.

Colleen was even worse with her down right rude yawning and saying I’m bored to the audience 😡 If I was Jane I’d be fuming! Imagine if one of the others did that to her when she was droning on about something she’s interested in. She’d be putting in a claim for work place bullying! Has she been on everyday this week? Oh bore off Colleen 🤬
 
Couldn't agree more with the comments above about yesterday's show.

I like Jane's manner and how she is outspoken but respectful. I've yet to completely disagree with something she's said as I find her comments logical and well thought out.

I've only been watching Loose Women properly for a year now as I started watching during my maternity leave.

Has Kelle Bryan always been as self righteous and prim?

I can't think of how else to describe her and I have tried to warm to her as I loved Eternal, but my God she's hard work.

She's can be very prickly towards others opinions which I find rude and unnecessary.
 
I must be on my own in my view of Jane. Agree that she is a smart woman, remains calm and does her research. Delivery 💯.

However, I find her so RIGID in her views and lacking in any empathy. She doesn’t deviate from the right wing tabloid narrative at all.

Agree Harry does himself no favours but I can understand his anger. Jane keeps banging on about intrusion and press interest but it’s not that:?It’s the nasty smear campaign against him and his wife (no fan of hers but doesn’t deserve that) and no support from his own FAMILY about paternity etc. Vile stuff.

Kellie’s delivery is annoying but she is probably just so frustrated with Jane and her narrow views.

I actually prefer Linda! Ignorant but she has a warmth and gives me a real laugh sometimes! Found her school reunion story hilarious and she brought out a more fun side in Christine.

So bored of Coleen, the homophobic, twice divorcee who has a weird interest in her children's love life and pines after her first husband. She also dismissed Kim when she got upset about being abused as a child. She should take her witchy hair back to Cheshire and stay off our screens.
