I think the digs are tongue in cheek, it’s their schtick. They have got better, Kaye is feeling more positive about being her age. She was the only one whiny about age, all the guests and Karen are positive.

I would be interested to hear more about Karen's life. It's interesting that she doesn't say much about Aggie, her sister.

Courtney is on below deck which is a reality show focusing on the crew of fancy yachts. Anyone that likes any kind if reality show would probably like it. All the series are available on hulu but I believe channel 4 have been showing some recently so it has grown in popularity in the uk
 
Denise Welch regularly flies First Class to Los Angeles, which costs over £10,000 each way. She also has a flat in London that she stays in when filming Loose Women which must cost close to £1 million. Her house in Cheshire is small but in a highly sought location. She has said on Twitter that she doesn't actually need to work anymore. I think Loose Women are paying more than £3,000 these days, possibly double. Nadia Sawalha can afford to go for weeks with not working and stay in 5 star London hotels (for sex with her manky husband/to avoid her estranged sister Julia). No way could these women afford these lifestyles on £3k per episode a couple of times a month.

I remember her talking about clearing out a junk room/cellar and she threw away about £600.000 worth of paintings and just laughed about it.

I didn't see her but completely agree. Kaye Adams has been more vocal recently too. It would be the same with her presenting, instead she's posted an obvious two fingers to the Coronation about having a nice day today. 😂

it kind of seems like she has lost it, why would the WHO want to take over "the government" (of all countries, just of the UK? who knows) I don't like her views on basically everything but I think you do need to have all views on shows like this, if nothing else to counter criticism about censorship and, for better or worse (in my view worse), a lot of people do agree with a lot of her views, hence the daily mail being as popular as it is. But that covid rant is just bizarre.

Yeah, she crossed over that bonkers line. You do need counter arguments but not completely batshit ones. Shame.

There are tons of people who believe the same. I'm not one of them but there are plenty.

Yeah they were and I get that but she’s on Loose Women FGS, the clue is in the title! Why is she always so shocked whenever they discuss sex and relationships? You’d think she’d never had sex before with some of the bs she comes out with, let alone out of wedlock which I’m sure was majorly frowned upon at the time. Why can’t we hear a bit more about that? I’m sure there are lots of women that would relate. Maybe it’s just me but she really grates at times with her opinions on certain issues, she is so set in her ways she is unable to see anyone else‘s pov and even entertain changing her opinion.

Have never been a Carol fan. I do agree you need a range of views but Carol was quite extreme. Not that I think she should be sacked.
