Since La Fraser wants to bring up Coming Clean again, it's a good time for a recap:

Apparently it is 'a remarkably frank, emotionally charged foray into one woman's battle to come to terms with her partner's alcoholism'. This, a quote on the back of the book from one Charlotte Philby (whoever she may be).

Oh Charlotte! You know very little about the actual story, do you? If you did, you'd be well aware it isn't 'frank' at all.

Liz conveniently omits to mention that when she met and targeted her 'partner', she was very much married and still living in the marital home with her husband and 3 children. She omits to mention she was also simultaneously involved in another extra-marital affair, which can't be discussed here due to an injunction. Mike - the 'partner' - was newly married to an apparently wonderful young woman, something which Liz knew because she WENT TO THEIR WEDDING only months earlier. Apparently she was no stranger to extra-marital affairs, eg the Brandenburge Gate knee-trembler with an old schoolfriend, and 'the one where she left a trophy hairbrush in another woman's bedroom' to name but two. Oh, and who could forget ultra-runner Trotters ..... an officer but definitely not a gentleman! His gf came onto MN to hint at threats she had received due to Liz and he cheating on her. We can only imagine .......

I imagine La Fraser is still indulging in casual sex with other women's husbands as we speak, as she makes it clear on Insta her habit of trolling off to London, buying herself some new knickers, photographing/filming herself in hotel toilets (why?), then apparently staying the night somewhere with somebody.

Liz also omits in the book to mention she knew full well that Mike had a massive drink problem. We've been told on here by those in the know that Liz used to 'counsel' Mike's then wife about his drinking. A complete lie to pretend she wasn't aware. FYI, lying isn't being frank, Charlotte!

When Liz describes going round to Mike's house for their first 'date' (hey head, what goes? Fancy some company?) she forgets to mention that it is his marital home she barges into with her 2 bottles of wine, ready for the kill. Again, we have it on good authority by those in the know that his lovely wife, to whom he had been married for a matter of months, was away doing a charity climb when Liz decided to muscle in on a drunk, belligerent Mike. I can understand why Liz doesn't want Joe Public knowing this - it's a horrendous thing to do to a 'friend', to go round to shag her husband when she is away! (She's done this to other 'friends', too, but we can't talk about it here.)

Liz glosses over the fact that after the affair is found out by the long-suffering husband, she leaves her marital home and her 3 children, one of whom hadn't even reached teen years, and quickly leaves the country to make a new life with Mike. We never get an explanation for why Liz - self-professed parenting expert - is not the custodial parent of her three older children, and how easily she skips town with somebody else's husband. At the very least it suggests selfishness beyond belief, and possibly hints at the fact that she wasn't deemed fit to look after and nurture her school-aged children. Not to mention the fact that her sporadic and low paid 'hobby' TV work meant she wouldn't be able to provide for them financially.

There's plenty more to pick apart from the ridiculous self-indulgent nonsense that is Coming Clean, but some of us have to go to work! (Something Liz doesn't know much about.) Suffice it to say that I'm surprised she dares bring up the drivel that is her 'memoir', after the panning it got on Amazon reviews etc. Liz, come ON. You know it was a pack of lies. We all do!

And this is probably showing my bias, but Adam Kay? Who'd want a plug from that misogynist?

No pun intended!

No pun intended!
This whole post needs to be DMd to all her followers, they really need to be clued up about this witch.

She abandoned her husband and kids and disappeared off to Paris for a weekend with M too if I recall - this is shortly before H ended their marriage and booted her out of the family home. Then Twitter was treated to pics of her curled up in a dark cupboard having a breakdown. She took her camera of course.

Tell me this. If you have been through so much abuse and trauma (her words) at the hands of another (her words), why would you still have dozens photos of you kissing that person or with romantic captions on your social media? If you knew that person struggled with alcohol, why would you share many photos of you both out drinking alcohol? She even jokes about buying him alcohol

I had a horrendous trauma flashback the other day - to do with stuff that caused my (actual real) CPTSD. No way would I ever contemplate discussing, sharing all over social media and reminiscing about about the utter tit that caused it. She's a nasty lying piece of work
---
I have, in the past, contemplated writing a book about it all, but that would be extremely difficult - I'd do it to help others though, not to martyr myself.

Her posts are beyond repetitive - it’s simply pathetic to read the same lies over and over again. She’s had more good news in the last few years than one has in a decade. And of ALL that good news have we cleaners once seen any of it come to fruition? Anything? I’d list all the promises of things to come but I’d be here a week! Lizzie, show us just ONE bit of anything that was promised to you? You can’t even fake a 50th Birthday party for yourself! You clearly have lost your touch. That’s all I can muster. Just thinking of her is exhausting.

😂 😂 😂 I vaguely remember the breakdown in the dark cupboard. So good that she had the presence of mind to photograph it. I mean, how could she get sympathy from strangers if they couldn't see her suffering?

Can a grown-up please set up another thread? Thank you ever so! :)

I’ll do it! Off to search for a title - we’ve had a lot of, er, action in this thread, so creating a recap will be some work 🤣
