Does anyone else feel like they have no clue what the bloody hell is going on yet? I feel like I need to rewatch it again to pick everything up.

So it's Terry from series 1, Mr Waistcoat is addicted to pain and wants to leave and get back with that old girlfriend of his (did he ever sort out his erectile dysfunction?), Kate has jumped ship, Ted looks strained... how the hell did Buckles rise so high up? I hate that bloke, he's such a wet wipe.

That Farida girl strikes me as a bit mental. I reckon she'll be a major player in bringing the DCI down.

I loved the bit where DCI was pressuring the guy to give his chis up and asks "Is the word ma'am in your vocab?" and he goes "No. Ma'am" really sassy like 🤣

Terry is the main suspect in the Gail Vella case. In previous series the OCGs have taken advantage of him and his flat; in series 1 they stored Jackie Laverty’s body in his fridge. She was found last series, and they’re referring to the fridge having been moved in tonight’s ep.

Baffled by the Kate being a lezza thing. Seems a bit random to throw that story line in.

I thought the whole ‘spotting the armed robbery’ thing was too quick so they’re right to be suspicious of the DCI. I am suspicious of her!! But is it too obvious as she is in the frame from the beginning

I thought that was sarcasm?
The DCI is clearly dodgy AF but I don’t think she’s involved in the OCG. Too obvious, too early

This reminded me of her getting close to Dot a few series ago... hmmm. I’m not sure what to make of it yet.

I don't think she's a lesbian, she seemed a bit confused by the hand holding thing. But agreed it did seem a bit random to throw in!

edited to add: Maybe Kate will use this to her advantage to get closer to DCI and get more info?

Could be too obvious if the DCI is suspect but from the locks on her door I reckon someone is after her.

Anyone else think Kate was undercover at first and wondering what her new F surname would be? 😂

The woman in the photograph at the end with Davidson, maybe her mum, I thought she resembled Corbett's mum Anne-Marie.

The Gail Vella/Terry Boyle plot is so much the Jill Dando/Barry George case. I always wonder who was responsible for Jill's murder.

Anyone else get really nervous when Davidson and Farida were arguing and that huge suitcase was on the bed 😂 Chekhov's suitcase, it was so prominent in the scene.
