I said to my friend after ep 1 that it would be Fuckells and now I regret it
Agree. Does anyone else feel like the scene where he is like what you gonna do, carmichaels in charge ... and get yourself some water ted ... was written in the script as way more sinister (where character switches). Buckells as an actor just didn’t cut it convincingly ... why did they not keep reshooting that scene so he came across as a calculated mastermind ...it’s utter crap!!!

I hope in season 7 if it comes they learn from the backlash and make it up to us. Please mother of god at least make it so Buckells isn’t H or even if he still has to be, show us him being H in flashbacks! Because it’s underwhelming as hell.

That was really disappointing. I know there is probably a reason eg: the bumbling Boris analogy but even still. Maybe I just prefer my TV with more escapism that I realised

Did you all read the end bit about buckells trying to get immunity and meaning he won’t get charged for institutionalised corruption thing? So after all this nothings gonna come of it?

I bet Steve was as well cause that's the only action he's seeing.
The Buckells twist would have been good if Jed hadn’t already done similar in The Bodyguard and if the bumbling idiot act dropped completely and a more sinister character came through. Ugh how frustrating for all involved, everyone was so excited and it’s pure disappointment on Twitter now
