When lakewell said to Steve he didn’t say anything why was he so intent on saying that there and then if he knew it wouldn’t get back to the OCG.
It would only get back he was a rat and if someone told the OCG he spoke. I think Chloe has links. I mean why did he refer to her as Chloe. Does he know she’s got links but obvs wouldn’t tell AC12 that and risk that Getting back to the OCG.

Honestly it’s probably not really *that* necessary because I know a lot of news outlets have picked up on it but I know it’ll be appreciated by lots of members who literally don’t want any spoilers no matter how small they might be!I didn’t know whether what I posted needed spoiler but didn’t want to not

Steve always feels like he's reading his lines from over the other actor's shoulder to me and I wish Kate would stop doing really obvious looks over her shoulder when something of interest happens in the room.

It would definitely be interesting if he’s linked in some way, I think it’s plausible either way. Either he was just a genuinely nice bloke who wanted to help or potentially something more sinister. I don’t think he could be “behind it all” though, he was a PC in s1 so unless he’s scooted through the ranks quicker than Buckells I don’t think he could pull many strings etc. It would be interesting to find out more about him though!!

Isn't there a risk that Jed Mercurio could unveil some sort of twist that the majority of people that are watching fail to grasp given that most people (certainly me anyway) can't really remember what happened in previous series in that much detail?
