My thoughts are that Buckles will be killed by the OCG in this episode as that could explain why Jo Davidson gets promoted (there was a photo on Jed’s Twitter where she is supposedly wearing epaulettes that signify a level above what she’s currently at).
I think he’s been on the OCG payroll for a while, playing the idiot so no one looks too closely at him while doing things like bringing in people like Dot and Ryan. He also had something to do with Jo being put as SIO on the case as she wasn’t the original SIO. It would be interesting to know who the original SIO was.

I won’t say why not! As everyone used to go on about Luther and I had never watched it cue me and husband binge watched every series and loved it
Line of Duty is fab there are some real shocks so yes get watching
