IF (and it’s a massive if!) she ate too much salt the day before weigh in which resulted in her gain (cough, cough, cough bollocks!) then this week she should have a monster loss, which would be last week’s overdue loss and this week’s. More like she’s eating 3 or 4 grenade bars a day because they are PROTEIN and therefore clearly contain no calories 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. She has absolutely no clue at all. 7 weeks in and 10lb down is pitiful, especially at her size.

I’m no where near her size and lost 12.5lb in less time than she’s lost 10lb.
I eat well and exercise.
 
I’m getting sick of her tapping her nails on that bloody stupid water bottle telling us how much ‘wowtarrr’ she’s drank.

Why is she trying to drink 4 litres of water a day? Yesterday she put a story up on her lunch break, says she’s nearly on 3.5 litres then that’ll be her done for the day, can’t drink anymore. Why not just drink it regular throughout the entire day, rather than chugging 3.5 litres all before 1pm then stopping. Sorry, I just don’t understand her silly ways.
