Surely she is busier when there are more dentists in?? Always says she has a busier day with 1 dentist
I think if there’s only one dentist in, then she has to work on some of ‘her’ clients. I’m sure she at least thinks she’s a fully certified dentist.

In other news, I almost bought one of those grenade bars before work today because I wasn’t going to have chance to have lunch - until I saw they were bloody £3.20 EACH!!
 
Her form is terrible & the weights are far too light. That medicine ball may well have been a penny floater the bounce on it. I know she’s just starting out again but she could lift much heavier
 
I had to reinstate my account for my first post on here in MONTHS to say The following:

Whatever the duck she’s doing on the cable machine aka in her words the ‘TRX Weight Machine’ is dumb as duck and doing nothing for her. What even is that?!

Also

when she doing the chest press machine she’s lifting ir with so much ease that she’s casually glancing around the gym at the same time!!! She should be struggling to push it away from her.
 
Hopefully Mike will correct her on her form, also why is she doing mixed cardio and weights? I’ve had numerous coaches and always had cardio days and then lifted heavy as duck weights in different splits, the rest of the week! Is it normal to be doing a bit of everything at once?

for someone of Kirsty’s size it doesn’t matter what she does to be honest, as long as she’s expending energy thats the goal. Typically if you’re weight training properly then using up valuable energy on cardio at the same time isn’t great but to just lose weight/body fat like Kirsty then any movement will do.
 
Her latest stories 🤦🏼‍♀️ So she’s not very hopeful for tomorrows weigh in and thinks she’s gained because:

• she’s walked a lot this week.
• she’s hit the gym hard lifting weights and gained muscle.
• ate a lot of protein.
• drank a lot of water.

Then at the end she said if she does gain she just has to remember it’s muscle not fat 😆 oh my god, I can’t deal with her. She hasn’t got a bleeping clue.

These are all things that her coach should be educating her on. I let my partner listen to her stories when she was saying this and he said ‘it’s sad because people aren’t educated, they get taught this by crappy diet clubs’ and it’s so true.

Shocked she hasn’t included the classic “I didn’t eat enough” they peddle at SW.
 
Currently a SW member and all of the above is true. I lost 4st on it before and guess what.. I put it all back on and even more. I joined again for the easy option tbh and it's not working at all! 😅 but every week I sit there and I hear "I maybe didn't eat enough" or "maybe it's because I went swimming this week" while the consultant stands there and goes "now we all know exercise doesn't help you lose weight it just builds those healthy habits to help you maintain when you get to target" and it's a lot of tit! I know about nutrition and calories and macros and that eating a blended banana isn't going to make you gain 5lbs! 🫠 but Kirsty honestly doesn't have a clue and it baffles me because she's tried calorie counting so often but still gets it so wrong. I sat and listened to her justify getting a gain by walking and drinking water and wondered how she even gets by in a day lol. Surely Mike is correcting her!

Her mindset is so bad, everything she listed as a reason for possible gaining are reasons why she would have lost. If she’s being completely truthful on Instagram about what she’s ate she’s heading in the right direction & the addition walking & exercise will put her into more of a calorie deficit. As much as she annoys me I hope for her sake she has a loss & sees that for once she’s on the right path for weight loss.

I hope she ain’t paying him if he’s not telling her, or she’s just doing her usual she knows better. How can she actually think all them things will make her gain.

I don’t feel like we have heard as much about him this week, is he Backing off already do we think
 
I’ve got a feeling she’s not going to post her weight today. If she doesn’t it will show she’s already slipping back into the habit of not being honest and making excuses. As much as she drives me mad I had kind of hoped this was genuinely a new mindset for her but I don’t think it’s ever going to properly click with her. How can she possibly think that exercising more, eg burning more calories and forcing her into a bigger deficit, is going to make her gain? Weight loss is science, plain and simple! Calories in v calories out.
