I think if there’s only one dentist in, then she has to work on some of ‘her’ clients. I’m sure she at least thinks she’s a fully certified dentist.Surely she is busier when there are more dentists in?? Always says she has a busier day with 1 dentist
If she was able to complete a full workout with a hoody on, I doubt she was working out very hard I sweat my cahoonas off in the gym!Did she not take her hoodie off for that entire workout?? No wonder she burnt so many calories. Hope she went for a shower after that
Is she going backwards on the assault bike? Is this normal?Her form is terrible & the weights are far too light. That medicine ball may well have been a penny floater the bounce on it. I know she’s just starting out again but she could lift much heavier
Hopefully Mike will correct her on her form, also why is she doing mixed cardio and weights? I’ve had numerous coaches and always had cardio days and then lifted heavy as duck weights in different splits, the rest of the week! Is it normal to be doing a bit of everything at once?

These are all things that her coach should be educating her on. I let my partner listen to her stories when she was saying this and he said ‘it’s sad because people aren’t educated, they get taught this by crappy diet clubs’ and it’s so true.Her latest stories So she’s not very hopeful for tomorrows weigh in and thinks she’s gained because:
• she’s walked a lot this week.
• she’s hit the gym hard lifting weights and gained muscle.
• ate a lot of protein.
• drank a lot of water.
Then at the end she said if she does gain she just has to remember it’s muscle not fat oh my god, I can’t deal with her. She hasn’t got a bleeping clue.

Her mindset is so bad, everything she listed as a reason for possible gaining are reasons why she would have lost. If she’s being completely truthful on Instagram about what she’s ate she’s heading in the right direction & the addition walking & exercise will put her into more of a calorie deficit. As much as she annoys me I hope for her sake she has a loss & sees that for once she’s on the right path for weight loss.Currently a SW member and all of the above is true. I lost 4st on it before and guess what.. I put it all back on and even more. I joined again for the easy option tbh and it's not working at all! but every week I sit there and I hear "I maybe didn't eat enough" or "maybe it's because I went swimming this week" while the consultant stands there and goes "now we all know exercise doesn't help you lose weight it just builds those healthy habits to help you maintain when you get to target" and it's a lot of tit! I know about nutrition and calories and macros and that eating a blended banana isn't going to make you gain 5lbs! but Kirsty honestly doesn't have a clue and it baffles me because she's tried calorie counting so often but still gets it so wrong. I sat and listened to her justify getting a gain by walking and drinking water and wondered how she even gets by in a day lol. Surely Mike is correcting her!
