No idea if it is true, as we all know how hit and miss CDaN is but there are rumours she is thinking about sueing Liam's parents for money to keep up her 'standard of living' This is one I genuinely hope isn't true because most did feel a little sorry for her to begin with, especially when it came out he cheated with sex workers and she got the blame for his death by some fans even though she wasn't there, but this... I assume if true, it will be a case of 'give me money or I do interviews' and it will prove once and for all it was about money for her.

I'm wondering if Kate will receive a "shut up and don't talk about our son to the press for attention" payment from his estate/parents?

Let's be honest here. Kate saw dollar signs from the moment she met him and she couldn't believe he 'picked' her. She was never going to rock the boat by insisting he got help. He may have even hidden it from her.

Within 2 years of their (on and off dating), she was living in a Florida mansion living off him pretty much, she wasn't going to give that up easily. I'm sure he did give her an allowance too lol.
 
If most of his estate has been left to Bear, wouldn't that be a bit pointless for her to even attempt, as it'd all be tied up with trustees etc for the foreseeable who wouldn't even contemplate withdrawing from a child's trust to pay his fathers partner a ton of hush money!?
Let alone the backlash she'd get for essentially threatening his family to sell him out after posting calling him an angel etc, even if there relationship was toxic at all, she'd look a hypocrite at the least.
Even if was just more of a sad expose, ie I tried to help him but couldn't etc, it still wouldn't go down very well as she would still essentially be profiting from her partners death, and that's not even considering the fact that his family have requested privacy.

I think it all depends on how much she wants... or needs money. She has spent a few years with him, having everything handed to her on a plate. Now, not only has she lost him and the money, she lost the attention she got because of him. She has made it clear she isn't above having paps on speeddial and even performing like a circus animal to get attention, so it's not that daft a theory she would do an interview for money.

She could go the blackmail route...hint she needs money and will have to do interviews unless she finds cash another way, hoping that his family is still grieving and are too upset/fragile to want anything negative about him being posted, whether it is a lie or not, so they will hand her over something to tide her over until she runs out and needs more. If they say no, then I could see the media offer her quite a bit for an exclusive sit-down interview where she goes scorched earth in revenge. All the conspiracy theoists and those who are adamant it wasn't just a tragic accident would lap it up. Would she go that far though? I'm honestly not sure, but I know more than one person who I always thought was okay ending up doing some really crappy things because they earned from it.
 
I really hope the thing about Kate wanting to sue Liam’s estate/parents is nothing more substantial than a rumour.

She wants to keep living the life she had with Liam, fine, but she has no basis to claim financial support from his estate. They weren’t married and had no kids together. Unless he wrote her into his will (and I highly doubt he did), his estate is not obligated to maintain her lifestyle just because Liam funded it while he was alive.
 
I can’t remember who it was that posted in the previous thread about they didn’t see the issue with the pap shots from Kate with her suitcases.. I think it was more that these shots and the ones from her walking up and down the streets in London do seem very much set up. Her friend wearing a hoodie of liams which was gifted to him on his birthday also just seems off to me but look each to their own and hopefully it’s not her making a quick buck. I have been very much team kate but some of these things coming out seem a little questionable.
 
I don’t know if the rumours about sueing are accurate, you’d really hope not for his family’s sake.

However, given how protective Cheryl is over Bear & the fact Kate would have been privy to a lot of conversations/situations etc surrounding Liam/Cheryl/Bear it really wouldn’t surprise me if Cheryl pays her off, especially to stop her selling stories to the media.
I also wonder if like a lot of celebrity relationships, Kate signed a NDA ? This could potentially restrict her from disclosing any information even after his death.
 
Cheryl has previously been quite litigious, her privacy case, her tax one, and the one where she tried to get articles about her assault conviction taken down under rehabilitation of offenders (and this is just what we know about).
Surely if there was any legal way she could prevent anything being sold about her/Bear she'd do the same again, which will hopefully mean none of the papers at least in the UK would risk purchasing his pictures.

P.S I’m not being morbid but a friend has just brought this to my attention and I’d not noticed it before unless photos have been since edited.

I didn't like to say but I have also noticed this..it looks like something has been removed on purpose the image is distorted

I see the part you mean, but I'll put what I think it is in a spoiler so those who don't want to read won't have to.

I have seen a few programs where people have died and this happened. I think it is blood coming out of his ear that has darkened and pooled beneath his head that makes it look shadowy/played with. The blood darkening is something that happens after death, and the shade can determine if a person was still alive when it happened or not. Seeing as how it's dark, it tallies with the coroner's report that it was an instant death and he didn't suffer because if he had been alive even for a few minutes after the fall, the blood in the picture would have been a lot lighter.

I'm not a doctoBuffyurse, etc., but I have watched endless hours of programs regarding what happens after death, so I have learnt a few things. The simplest explanation is that when you die, your muscles seize, so if your eyes were open when whatever happened, they will stay that way because the nerves from the brain telling them to close have stopped working. Also, it's oogly, but eyeballs dry up really quickly, so they are, for want of a better word, stuck open until someone decides to shut them.

The footage of him falling is rumoured to be out there as well. I know there are a lot of fakes around, so I have no idea if the genuine one has been gotten hold of; it's only a matter of when rather than if it gets posted, and I really hope it doesn't. The picture of him postmortem is bad enough, but seeing it happen...I think that would be it for some people and I only hope no sicko has sent either to his family.
