Nick Ferrari was doing a lot of that mumbling and muttering during calls earlier, very annoying Nick.

We are now getting a potted history of The Life of O'brian

The ego's at play in the broadcast media never fail to amuse me. There's a definite deep-seated insecurity and low self-esteem issue at play with most of these people, it's what drives them. O'Brien is right up there for me. It's not a criticism, not at all, I just find it quite fascinating. Job reminds me of Jeremy Kyle ... just comes across as very angry and agressive all the time, I think that's why he's 'fifth reserve' as you put it. It's a shame he comes across as so abrasive, maybe it's just his radio persona I don't know.
He opened today with "my school". As he constantly reminds us of his age that was more then 3 decades ago

I guess that is why he is often so childish.

Look at these two pictures of Job. They're probably a few years apart but he seems to have changed so much facially and looks ungroomed lately.

What was James talking about before Brexit? I haven't listened to LBC that long. I started listening about a year after Brexit in '17.

Sorry to bump an old post from 2 pages ago but I wanted to stick my oar in too.

Pre Brexit, some other old subjects I believe James O'Brien favored were that of 'the beery flatulance Nigel Farridge' and Jeremy Corbyn being too far left.

Nick Abbot on the other hand pre Brexit used to only have ONE other subject he would obsess over which he had done since the financial crash and that was The Bankers! It seems so long ago forgotten now with all his Brexit b*ll*cks but this really was his one trick pony.

Steve has copious amounts of hanging baskets and planters to water, he may well need to wield both hoses at the same time.

I got the impression he just buys the hanging baskets 'ready made' ... I was thinking he was doing all the work himself, planting-up etc. etc. LOL. Don't tell me he gets a job lot from Cosco. Wouldn't surprise me.

Steve saying he leaves the lights on in his home 24 hours is so absurd. I hope he's not being serious. He says he can't sleep in the dark 😂 I'd hate to imagine what his leccy bills are.
I don't think he cares. He was saying this morning that he sits on the train, shopping on Amazon. He recently spent £100 on DVD's. The joke is that he doesn't actually watch most of them.

Totally off topic but when lockdown first hit I lost my Broadband for three weeks, all that remained was a mobile phone, the type just used for calls and texts. Thank goodness for DVDs is all I can say 😀
