I usually only get through 20 mins of him before I nod off. He's always been in Steve mode discussing the minutiae of his life as well as bringing a usually interesting topic to start off with. I read on here about him arguing about the sentences for the JSO morons so I had a listen. Does he take something at 5am, it's like a different person.

He always says the powers that be let him do what he wants for an hour at 4am but then he has to go into serious mode on the run up to Ferrari, especially after 6.
 
He's been diagnosed with bipolar...prob bipolar 2 but that diagnosis depends on the psychiatrist's area of interest.

He has said he's on antipsychotics and anti depressants which prob account for his sweet tooth and weight gain. He feels the benefit though but this could be a placebo effect. I wonder what he's really like off air and how volatile he is.

Who are you talking about? I've been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, I turn on LBC and 10 seconds later I turn off.

Ian Payne?
He used to get into trouble regularly in his local boozer, rubbing folk up the wrong way, getting loud, landlord ended up banning him.

Yes, Ian Payne.

He got glassed in the face in a pub back in 2019 though he says he has no recollection of what happened and it did seem unprovoked.

He does say that in 2015 (I think ) he had an absolute shocking time and total breakdown. His marriage collapsed, he lost his job and I think it was then he was diagnosed with bipolar. He constantly gets rude texts from people saying 'have you taken your meds today?'

That's the trouble with over-sharing on social media. Makes him an easy target.
 
He's had a good run in the business. I remember him doing the afternoon show on 5live which was quite the gig. He left it to go to Sky, didn't work out and he ended up jobbing at LBC
 
I wish Iain had been successful as an MP. I'm sick of him. Drama queen, arrogrant, passive-agressive, twit. Plus a bit nasty, weird, self-loathing, and grubby. As I said before, I used to quite like him, but now I loathe him. I suppose it's like when you break-up ... lol, you end up bleeping hating the person you once liked.

I don't trust any man who chooses to work in broadcast media. Most women too. It's just weird to actually want to do that. It's a red flag for me. Like men who wear a ring on their little finger, men of a certain age who wear stuff around their wrists or have a chain or someting around their neck. Big no for me. Weird. Goes without saying that weird rat-tail thing of Matthew Wright, but it's pretty damn obvious he's a bleeping wrong'un even without that.

Am I too judgemental? Yes. Do I care? No. I think it's important to judge people ... to sift through the detritus of humanity. OOOH, You can't say that, you can't say this. YES, you CAN. It's healthy to call-out weirdoes. Look at Saville ... call these fuckers out.
 
I honestly think he means well but he's not reading the room and needs to stay away from the media and Tory leadership palaver now. He was the Tory whipping boy during the election campaign...Always being sent out to field the awkward questions and answer the unanswerable. I know he's eager and enthusiastic but....Enough is enough.
 
For anyone interested, heard Ollie D this morning mention the reason he was off those few weeks recently was that he was on paternity leave as just had his first baby which I think is a girl 🥰
