The link wasn't working Maggie ... Try this one instead. One of the ByLine times guys was in trouble last week for abusing JK Rowling and had to apologise to her. It really is a cess pit out there.
Good spot Maggie!He's baaack!

Leftist so-called journalists James O’Brien, Emily Maitlis, Marina Purkiss and Carol Vorderman were all duped by the fake news Byline Times witch hunt against me. You'd think after being tricked by the paedophile Carl Beech, O'Brien should know better... https://danwoottonoutspoken.com/p/dan-wootton-new-show
Fenella is right and the media seems to be eating itself.
There's mainstream media and social media and a murky area in between which can be regarded as either or both, depending on your point of view or how gullible you are. Mainstream media is the source of news which most of us have always depended on - papers like the Mirror, Telegraph, Times etc, and broadcasting organisations like BBC, ITV, Sky, LBC etc. Social media is the availability of sites like this one, Facebook, Twitter, personal websites, blogs and podcasts where anybody with internet access can express their views. But the availability of digital access also means that we now have organisations that are free to call themselves news outlets but are actually nothing more than vehicles for expressing one-sided views which would not be tolerated on the Mainstream. There is no Ofcom in cyberspace.I thought I said that? Anyway. In the past there was a mantra in the media, Nick Ferrari would be old enough to know it .... "Dog doesn't eat Dog", now that they are all desperately chasing eyeballs and clicks Dog is very much Dish of the Day. I don't much like Dog tbh.
About as well credited as his other nonsense claims, but ya know, anything to appeal to the dinner party sets.
In essence that is the problem for Jimbo who in his lust for social media followers has thrust his nose firmly up the backside of the Byline Times. There's mainstream media and social media and a murky area in between which can be regarded as either or both, depending on your point of view or how gullible you are. Rather awkward when you have written a tome on how to be right....

I doubt if Nick knows how social media works.I still get all most my news from BBC, ITV and LBC. Occasionally dip into C4. I think you have to have faith in some news sources Otherwise you'd go mad thinking everything is a conspiracy and everyone is lying to you.
I went through a phase of really disliking Ferrari but I've come full circle. I don't always agree with what he says but I I think he has a far healthier relationship with his work and news than O'Brien, Dale or Fogarty who seem to spend all day every on social media being angry and arguing when they're not working.

The problem for James is that he is now under pressure in so many ways. He has one eye on his door bell webcam wondering when Wootton's lawyers will appear? Next he will be setting up new Twitter (x) accounts to see what is being said about him. He can't use his main one because he has blocked so many people! So he has very little attention left for the radio show.I wonder how much more mileage Jobby can get out of the Diane Abbott row. All the other main news outlets have moved on, apart from mentions that she didn't get called to speak at PMQs but he'll drone on about it until another anti-Tory item comes along. I can't remember how he reacted when Labour MP John McDonnell called for Esther McVey to be lynched.
He always looks constipated. Maybe his beetroot complexion is the result of high blood pressure?I saw a clip of him going on about "30p Lee" and switched off. He looks so unhealthy and unkempt. Very strange character.

I'm referring to Jobby.

I suppose the humourless personality don't help either
He had his shorts pulled down on the rugger field at Ampleforth on numerous occasions. In defence of James, I think he had a pretty rotten time at school and although I know nothing of what it must feel like to be adopted, that can't be easy. Listen to me, defending him. I'm a bleeding-heart, what can I say. To me, he's pretty fucked-up. Quite a few people who work in and/or seek a career in mainstream media are fucked-up. I mean, what I can say ... it goes with the territory.
As we've said before, he's marooned at LBC, it's his last port of call before oblivion. I'm not sure how he'll handle it when he's binned, and as he holds on for grim-death his hysteria will only increase. In that sense he reflects the industry he works in.
