Chat GBT is coming along nicely. Almost confused those posts for a human at first.
We desperately need more liberal/centerist/left voices and publications and cherish the few voices who do speak out against what they consider to be wrong. Or “speak truth to power” as our James would say
Not a reference to former LBC presenter Matthew Stadlen?“Ju-jitsu”
Surely not the same Matt Stadlen who once posted on X that GB News was a spoof station and an embarrassment. That was after they'd ignored his applications for a job.Matthew Stadlen, formerly of the LBC parish has popped up on GB News as a commentator on the Post Office scandal.

No, caller John from Liverpool was talking about the Post Office scandal and called the system developer ju-jitsu instead of FujitsuNot a reference to former LBC presenter Matthew Stadlen?
I recall him making rather a fool of himself by boasting about his martial arts prowess on Twitter and then being called out on it.
In Stadlen's case it's more likely to be a desperate need for a job. I don't think he's had any regular work since he left LBC.There are people out there very desperate to be on television, even if it's a channel with a tiny audience share. It boggles my mind how needy for attention these people are. Often, presenters and guests have absolutely nothing in common with the average viewer. Infact I'd go as far as to say they would actually loathe most of the people who actually watch them in 'real life' (and vice-versa). It makes you wonder why they want to do it. Not enough hugs from mummy and daddy during adolescence would be my guess. There, there.

Caller John from Liverpool on with Nick again, starts off talking gently before gradually building up to a crescendo, similar to a jet engine warming up on the runway.
I've seen him on Sky News reviewing the weekend papers. He must tout his services around all news media and hope for a call to arms.In Stadlen's case it's more likely to be a desperate need for a job. I don't think he's had any regular work since he left LBC.
I believe soOf course he has .....

Is that the guy who wanted Charles Bronson released?
I believe so
He was trying to ask Ferrari to start a campaign about investigating pre-payment leccy meters but Nick moved on.
"Perhaps that's one for another day John, thank you"
Stadlen did get a job with the BBC but managed to blow it before he even started. His time since he was at LBC seems to have been a complete car crash. Yet he pops up on various stations as a "commentator" and looks all pompous. In Stadlen's case it's more likely to be a desperate need for a job. What is he qualified to comment on?

Actually that went awfully for him on social media. So if he has any sense he will steer well clear of any martial arts debates in future.Ju-Jitsu
