No such thing as custody rights or full custody in the UK, but if he is on the birth certificate then Larose has rights to contact with both parents and there is very little Lauren can do to prevent that. Even IF he punched her in the face. If he was prevented from seeing Larose via a court order then he will have to meet quite a high threshold of abuse and be deemed a danger to his daughter.
 
There was absolutely no need to publish that baby angels picture in any newspaper. I dont understand the thinking of her posting it on an open forum too, fine if she had pics taken for herself and family, but just no need to put them on your insta story!! Its all just about how much attention she can generate and its at the expense of her deceased baby daughter in this instance and its just disgusting

Oh there’s lots she can do! I personally know 2 women who kept their children away from their ex despite the ex having a lawyer & custody arrangements being put in place in court. CAFCAS threatened they’d pursue parental alienation against them if they kept breaking the custody arrangements but they were determined not to let the kids see their dads. One dad gave up after 3 years & hopes they’ll look for him as grown ups. The other one moved abroad with the child & it took about 7 years until he saw the child again when they came back to the UK. Toxic women like Loz think their kids are their property & move about/make up stories/change kids schools if it means they “win” & cut dad out. She’s already started it, hence her taking his name off her in that post.
 
How is this even allowed? A woman with no medical training! And shockingly, Big Loz is still following her 😮
