Ok ... she has not been paped in the wild in months now ( and she was massive then ) ... Id imagine she is at the point where she cant move and slobs around in bed, or on the couch barking out orders to the unfortunate person roped in to help her, that's usually her poor niece .... so riddle me this batman ..... how the heck will she cope with lil la`chunkychops first birffffday ... in front of 40 guests, at some venue, where people will have their phones and will be videoing ... taking countless photos all day .. and then posting them online for the world to see ... just wondering how she will get around this

Haha this is exactly as I envision her as well. Rotund, requiring coaxing and assistance to function. Months later and I’m still baffled at why she was sat in a hospital gown/bed sheet/caravan cover for this snippet!?
