Laura Whitmore #6 Here's a new project Laura being a f@#£%*g mother.

She's finally made it onto Deux Moi spotted or rather Iain has. She only merited being called his wife and once again, someone else was on baby sitting duties.

How well did Laura know this poor man? Did Laura make an effort with him in these last few incredibly difficult and painful months of his life? Did she visit him? Does his partner know Laura? Were they friends? Is Laura providing comfort and support to her now at the hardest time in her life? They don't follow each other on instagram. Has she reached out to his family? Will she be at the funeral?

She's been at this performative grief-thieving for years now, leveraging others' tragic deaths into an opportunity to promote herself as someone important and "compassionate" all over her socials. She got called out by Caroline Flack's mum a few years ago when she referred to The Shitmore in less than complimentary terms during an interview and she has demonstrated NOTHING to back up this idea that she and Caroline were "great friends" ever since - no presence at Flackstock, no relationship with any of Caroline's ACTUAL friends or family, she didn't feature in the documentary, nothing. And yet she loves to post a yearly reminder of "their great friendship" to illicit sympathy and attention.

This post with that poor man is despicable, "here's a bunch of pictures of me posing under the guise of me promoting the work of this man who has died and HE WAS MY FRIEND GUYS, LOOK AT HOW CARING I AM". Nothing to back that up Laura, absolutely nothing, and I don't believe a word of it.

I’ve followed Jay for a while and she would occasionally like his posts or comment a heart etc, but she hadn’t interacted with a lot of the more recent ones. I don’t recall any stories or posts where they’d met up since I started following him. Laura didn’t follow Jay’s mum last time I looked.
His wife shared a story about the DM article of ‘Laura’s heartbreak’ asking her followers to read it, I got the impression she was maybe pleased that poor Jay had been mentioned on such a big news site. He seemed like such a lovely guy and definitely shouldn’t just be remembered as her friend when it doesn’t seem like they were that close at all!

'Sadly we have lost Jay. We had been preparing ourselves for the worst but you never fully comprehend it'

1. Who the duck is 'we?'. You're not his wife or immediate family or relatively close by the looks of it

2. You done a good enough job comprehending it if you made it to that theatre that night. A bit like when you went on the piss at the Brits 3 days after your 'close friend' Caroline Flack died.

To quote Mean Girls 'That's the thing with you plastics, you think everyone is in love with you when actually everybody hates you'

How much of a simp is Iain? His colleagues must gossip like hell about him, first she followed him onto Love Island, now she’s in his tit sitcom.

I know he is part financing the second season himself but still, imagine that conversation with the rest of the team ‘oh I was thinking I have an idea for this character, Laura thinks, I mean erm, I really think, that erm it would be a perfect fit for erm, my erm, my boss no wife, my wife…’

Considering he seems to think he’s an edgy, sarcastic comic, it’s not great for the brand to have to include your missus in absolutely everything you ever do.
When he was on taskmaster he was a complete prick, totally condescending, rude, you could tell he was generally getting on everyone’s nerves especially Lou Sanders. He ruined the whole series.
