I know it’s not our right to know but I wish she would address why it’s taking so long to lose the weight. She’s a big girl, who apparently must be in a calorie deficit because she apparently eats so well and exercises a lot and it’s taken her 27 months to lose four stone. Is she hiding her true diet?, PCOS? I just don’t get it. I could understand if she was a smaller weight to start with but she is really big so it should be dropping off her
I wonder this too. I’m a very slow loser with SW but that’s because I’m not 100% committed, I have most weekends off plan and school holidays, Christmas, Easter, birthdays, any occasion off so I have a reason why it took me almost a year to lose 2 stone.
But for someone who claims to be as on plan as she does you would expect more losses?! Initially this is why I liked her, because she loses slowly like me and I could relate to her, unlike those other sw people who seem to lose 6lb a week even though they’re largely off plan
Part of me thinks she’s not honest about what she eats because otherwise, why would the losses be so slow?
