Lol well there might be the odd exception

There’s one girl that lost with Sw but does cal counting now. Her work outs are good she shares some of them but recently changed her name
I hate my SW group but enjoy the principles of the plan.
I’ve tried calorie counting but can’t make it through a day lol
Happy in my own skin now, called target March and weigh in 1 in every 5/6 weeks.
Gym was earlier today, running tomorrow and signed up for a 10K beginning of Oct.
 
I don’t get how she’s only lost 4 stone in over 2 years? I lost 4 stone in 9 months 🤷🏻‍♀️
It's taken me almost 2 years to lose 3.5 stone and I'm happy I've lost it slowly so I don't really think you can judge how long it takes people to lose weight because you lost it faster.

I understand the point being made on this thread is that Kirsty goes to the gym constantly and the meals she posts would make you expect a bigger loss and therefore people believe she's being dishonest but I dont think you can make a sweeping statement that everyone should lose weight in the same amount of time it took you.

Yeah I didn’t mean it like that, but the way she posts every single that’s she’s 100 percent on it and with the gym every day it wouldn’t take it this long
