Latest picture of her is unflattering and makes her look HUGE

Why do you feel the need to write that 🤯 it literally doesn’t affect your life AT ALL how someone looks in a photo they choose to post on their account. So strange that you would even take the time to put this

So strange for you to make an account just to write this. We don’t like Kirsty... this thread clearly shows that so why are you here 😂

I didn’t make an account just to write that, I’ve been on here for a couple of days now just reading through really, see what it was all about. It’s fine to not like someone or to disagree with how they do things but to just flat out fat shame someone is pretty gross

I'm sure this isn't shocking or new information to anyone, but I've noticed multiple times now that she steals motivational quotes from smaller instagrammers and posts them on her page a few days later for likes, usually the caption starts with READ ME followed with some waffling pish underneath it.

19 hours ago a small SW Instagrammer I follow (who Kirsty also follows) posted that cartoon pic of the fat lady and the thin lady holding hands on the beach. She got 7 likes on it. Lo and behold, Kirsty posts it this morning with no nod to this smaller instagrammer. It's just easy likes and engagement for her.

I'm not claiming the small instagrammer made the pic or wrote the caption herself to begin with, and I know this sort of thing happens all around SW Instagram, but I just think Kirsty's Instagram is a complete and utter eye roll. It's 50% transformation pics of herself where she looks exactly the bleeping same in various bikinis/underwear, and 50% stolen motivational quotes to get that engagement up. PURE LAZINESS.

She gets on my nerves!
Sick of all these ‘motivational quotes’ which yes not her own, she should acknowledge where she gets them from and lay off with pictures of herself if we are to see changes in her shape 🙄

I just wish she wouldn't do those comparisons, I feel sad for her because you know that people are not thinking wow, they are thinking what? It makes me cringe when i see them. Fair dos if she feels great but it's the same ones over and over 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wow girl, in 6 weeks you learned how to move your leg and arm out from your body to appear skinnier, and how to wear your hair down to hide your chin. What a body transformation, truly inspirational 👏

To begin with Kirsty annoyed me as I felt she was ill advising her followers but I now genuinely feel sorry for her.

I think that she really does put the effort in with the gym and her eating but she has not been shown the correct form on some exercises and as far as I can see isn’t progressively overloading on her weights or increasing intensity of her cardio, which is why her results are slower. Maybe her or her PT popping the phone away and concentrating on the workout may help.

I just think she has total faith in what she has been shown and is trying to help others by passing this on, but sometimes her form is off or advice slightly inaccurate
