Wouldn’t be surprised if she did release it then tipped off the sun to have a pap there when the police came for her statement. She won’t think of future ramifications if it comes back to her she’s like Teflon and thinks she can get away with anything, she will just think of the moment when she’s getting all the sympathy and a possible excuse to claim mental health problems at her next court hearing!

It’s 100% not KH, he doesn’t have it in him but that doesn’t mean she won’t accuse him and that makes me very nervous. A reassuring post from @DC16 would help. I hope KH is ok.

A few people here have pointed out that the pic resembles the mucky mansion bedroom. I don't think it's a Dubai porta potty situation. I guess a client could have come to the house.

Personally I think it's most likely that the photo was taken by an ex partner or someone she was having an affair with. And that the leaker is not necessarily the same as the person who took the photo. My guess is that it's not a prostitution situation, I've seen no credible evidence.

Probably not but anyone who's shared it could technically have committed a crime.

The law requires intent to cause distress to be proven. I would imagine the people sharing it in the first place ( to make it go viral) are more likely to have the intention to cause distress. Police also don't have the resources to pursue everyone who shared it, it could be millions!

Plus J in particular is 19 now. I stopped going on holiday with my parents once I turned 18 and had my own money. After all P and E have 3 other young children, including a pretty now baby so I can see how a teenager like J and even P may want some 'quiet' time without their siblings around, and then possibly take the opportunity to go visit their mum and nan. Interesting how they seem to go together these days though, they both went to the mothers day lunch and now both either at the rental or IOW. So at least they are being supportive of each other around their so called mother.

Safety in numbers, I suspect. Imagine the conversations they have when they leave!

I do think it's a box-ticking exercise. We all know how obsessive KP can be. Probably simply appeasement. Although factoring in the superb upbringing they have had, they may very well be encouraged by Dad (Pete) to still see their Mum. I know I worry every second my children are with their Dad, but I still encourage them to maintain a relationship as they need to have him in their lives, no matter how much of a car crash he is.

I don't think she actually gives a toss its out there but it gives her the media pity press she needs prior to the bh on the 27th and also an excuse not to interact with trustees judge ordered information...

Use the excuse of the stress of these private moments been released not good for her mh or able to concentrate on information gathering needed
