“Obviously I pay 40% of what I earn during bankruptcy and they want me to pay tax and VAT - it doesn’t leave me with money to pay £50,000 upfront for legal representation. I’m finding it difficult. I can’t get legal aid as I earn - I don’t know what to do.”

I hope when the red tops print this they state it is only 40% of a few of her businesses. She's put this across as she's been paying 40% of all her earnings .

I absolutely agree with this!! Even if her brother, or family are hiding money she cannot admit it as it will incriminate them. She won’t have the answers to the questions because these people will know EVERYTHING! they will have done so much research about what she has earned/jobs done etc and will be asking for the contracts to show earning etc…then will want to see that money coming in….it is very messy for her

Yeah teaching a disabled man to swear and then laughing at it and showcasing it is disgusting, and not even a slight bit funny.

The majority of parents of disabled children are decent and bring their child up with values and manners and wouldn't ever do this.

It pisses me off royally that she and H get so much airtime as the 'celeb mum and son ambassadors for disabilities.'

I always wore smart clothes! It's a sign of respect to the court, which would explain why Skanky isn't dressed appropriately. The scrubber.

I think she knows it too ... and she has appointed Rickwood as an 'appropriate adult' ... that is supposed to be court ordered and someone independant not your employee Kipper, no one has assessed you as needing an appropriate adult other than yourself, all Rickwood was there for today was moral support

No the solicitors and barristers would love to represent her, she's the gift that keeps on giving, skankrupcys, driving bans and family court. The only problem is she's no money to pay them. I can easily see her being asked for at least 50k up front just as a retainer.
 
According to this update on the mail she has to apply for a remote hearing 🙄 let’s hope it isn’t agreed
