Can people try not to get too personally invested? I know it's easier said than done, and I get annoyed at things myself (more at treatment of the animals and the kids than the financial stuff). But if you're feeling increasingly angry and pissed off then just step away and log off for a while. I did it before on a few occasions and it's healthy. The main thing to remember is that the kids are now away from her and safe and that she (hopefully) can't harm another child. I know the animals still aren't safe, but you have to take some positives from the situation.

I called it earlier when I heard it was a different male judge, every time it’s a male they are lenient with her, I genuinely think the previous judge would have torn her to shreds today, and she probably would have been held, that female judge totally saw through Skank’s lies and deceit, to me this judge didn’t pull her up at all, she actually sounds like she was putting om the flirt act, and it kinda worked. Sadly yet again we’ve been let down by the courts, and I fear things will go well for her again if we see a judge like this one dealing with her affairs on the 27th. What are they going to do when she turns up with no legal rep, no documents required, no answers, cos that is what is going to happen 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m on Hols from Monday, for two weeks, gonna take a break from her antics until I get back, I just know she’s gonna rub all of our faces in her 💩 leading up to the 27th. I said earlier who’d be smug at the end of this afternoon, us or her, of course it’s her who’s Miss Smug from Smug City again, bet she was laughing her fucked-up head off on the car journey back home with that disgusting Dim Lynne. She’ll be loving the attention she was getting today and loving the fact she didn’t even spend a night in jail after running abroad. Gee it’s a hard knock life being a Krustie 🤦🏽‍♀️ Still you gotta smile, at least her face and body are a bleeping mess, we’ll always have that 😁

Edit….ooh just seen DC say the judge did snap at her over the legal rep, ooh la la there was a bit of kickback, that’s something, but still he was rubbish, needed her passport taken at least

I reckon if she could answer the questions without incriminating herself or others she would have done so by now. The fact she’s tried to kick this to the long grass so much tells me she cannot do it without exposing herself or others. I truly believe she is up tit creek without the proverbial paddle. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

An off the shoulder nylon jumpsuit ffs who would wear that to court apart from her showing yet again no bleeping respect for the highest court in the UK

I don’t think he was. His job was to get undertakings from her. If she failed to give them, then she would have been remanded until the next hearing.

She gave two undertakings (according to the Sun).
1. To attend court in the 27th August; and
2. To provide information when it’s requested.

Failure to do either of 1 or 2 and she’s in contempt of court.

Seeing as she gave those undertakings, the judge had no option but to cancel the warrant.

I predict a deluge of requests for information from the Trustee over the next couple of weeks. That should keep her busy. More fool her if she doesn’t comply.

Agree, shes fucked, also the judge mocked her excuse, i just think they are giving her legal notice to get to court for the PE, she is trying to dodge it again, no one is buying her crap. The judge is just being professional imho.

She had Judge Schaffer today who dealt with the Boris Becker case
from the updates today my understanding was that she’ll be arrested if she doesn’t attend or provide documents, these were the conditions for her release?

That's just the retainer DC, that pays for the preliminary work, then there's the accountants and court appearances and that's just for the Skankrupcy. A day in the High Court in Ireland costs each side about 65k. I imagine costs in the UK would be similar. The legal eagles won't touch her unless they are sure of getting paid.
 
I’m sure she will be business as usual on the front until the next hearing but behind the scenes it will be chaos and I’m taking comfort in that. I’m going to laugh at her attempts to deflect, justify and gaslight knowing that it’s exactly that. Unless she can pull a rabbit out the hat her house is cooked. Even if she doesn’t go to jail, her lies being exposed, thanks to price drop and her dodgy dealing being exposed in court will be enough. I’m sure she will circle the drain for a while more, and if she gets jailed then all the better. Enjoy her squirming in the hook, cos that’s where she us, even if she doesn’t believe it

She can't miss this one. It will mean prison for sure. Also there is a "public interest" now to do so.
People would use her excuse in real life and that would snowball into disaster.
She has used every single tactic there ever was to get out of this. Played the system like its never been played before. She didn't get it dismissed like she was hoping. All she has done is kick the can down the road. The trouble is, she has finally reached a dead end.
Have faith Krusties. We'll be celebrating at the end of the month! 🥳
