Ah I see. If the rental place is in Essex, how are Bunny and Jett (if he returns) going to return to their school. Sounds like more upheaval and losing touch with their friend group. Not ideal when they're already vulnerable and suffering. Also this will push them further apart from people who might be keeping an eye on them (teachers and other concerned parents), perhaps this is KP's intention? As she has a 'history' with the school and looks like she was admonished again by them lately (the pointed message in the newsletter about hols during term).

Does Kieran have any say in where the kids are educated, can she remove them from that school without his permission?
 
Kieran had been involved in the school community helping with fundraising, jobs etc. (At least pre the accusations) Maybe he and Michelle are well liked in the school community and have strong support there, another reason for KP to hate the school and pull the kids out

Sorry if this may have already been posted about, looked up bankruptcy and the home rules on gov website - wonder if she has sold / transferred legal title to some one else ? I’m wondering if she is being cocky about the house being safe because of the rules about a 3 year max period for trustee to sell it (which must be about the current timeline )

applied to the court for an order that you and anyone else living in your home have to leave
applied to the court for a charging order
come to an agreement that you will pay them the amount of your beneficial interest
 
In the Sun article it says " Katie must now present a case to the court to either reveal how she intends to settle her £2.3m debts or that she needs the home as it is vital to her work."

Surely by putting the place up for rent she is saying it isn't vital to her "work"? :unsure:

The beneficial interest was sold to a friend of hers, no idea who. Important to note if she's not paying the mortgage she'll lose it.

I think that is true BUT KP has not been paying mortgage/arrears
But if she has they will have more equity in house so can make her sell it
 
She has been paying mortgage. (This has been mentioned before)
I don't believe she has sold it to a friend.
Pondering the idea though that someone mentioned yesterday if the house has been repossessed by Kensington and they are renting it out, anything is possible and she could just be there until a tenant is found.
KH is aware of what is going on, sorry I can't say what is being done, but he's not giving up any fight.
