Yes good video, as he explains even a supreme twunt like KP isn't likely to be jailed if the sentencing guidelines start so low, such as 'community orders'. She's just been lucky that most of her offences have been low-level, she had just a small amount of alcohol in her blood and didn't crash into an actual person etc. Lucky for her, not so lucky for the whole of society.

Fingers crossed her crimes against the taxman and others get her more of a sentence!
