A friend of mine kept putting on weight, losing it, putting on again. She has been left with loose skin on her tummy and the only solution is to have surgery to remove said skin as it has no 'elacticity' to ping back into shape. Now on a waiting list as it's not urgent surgery.

The point I'm trying to make is Skankys boob skin surely must be the same if the skin has been stretched beyond being able to 'ping back' into shape. If the implants come out I'm sure her tits will look like spaniels ears!

I've heard they're doing more cosmetic procedures with just locals. I suppose it's safer as going under is always a risk & apparently can cause damage to brain cells which I suppose could be an issue if done too often.

A friend of mine had a saline implant that was filled to match the size of her other breast I believe. This was years ago as one was significantly bigger than the other so made them match. Not sure if she ever got it replaced though.
