A friend of mine had a saline implant that was filled to match the size of her other breast I believe. This was years ago as one was significantly bigger than the other so made them match. Not sure if she ever got it replaced though.

I've recently been told I need both knees and hips replacing 😱
Kipper would NEVER undergo that! (me neither)

Just to add: Kipper would be screaming for a general anaesthetic cos' she loves getting Sloooowly.........

I don’t know much about saline implants or inflatable saline but I know I definitely wouldnt get saline, they are known to leak, I didnt think saline was used much in Europe, I know in the US it was more commonly used, there is obviously a reason she cant get silicone implants anymore, I think both would heal at the same time but she has had problems with that one for a number of years now so, it’s always bigger or smaller or lower or higher but no surgeon can ever seem to get them in good symmetry ( you will never get perfect symmetry but you shouldn’t notice it) Skanks either got a puncture or the surgeon botched it!

I think the way she doesnt follow ANY guidelines post surgery could be why everything always ends up wonky, fucked up and a bleeping mess…the woman just cannot Ollie instructions, even for her own benefit!
