You're going to love this, trolls. I just had a look at the new Health and Care Act 2022 which requires the new licensing scheme for aesfetiks practitioners. Not only do the regulations made under the Act require both a personal licence (which can only be obtained with high standards of training) and a premises licence (yep, the shed needs a licence) but the regs also crack down on 'misleading social media posts which falsely advertise the effect and benefit of treatments'. I'm still trying to trace through whether any breach of these regs would be a criminal offence but either way, you're screwed Kate!

PS Not yet in force but imminent.
Would this include her doing those vampire facials ect? There isn’t a bell in chance she’s done all theroy work not a bloody chance

Thought this was Truffs garden but no, it’s Lauren Goodgers.
Do we think Truff copied Lauren Goodger ??
Who did there’s first I wonder ??

Also Kate , LG may have many, many faults but at least she dresses her toddler like a toddler and not like a chimney sweep !!!

They haven't yet set out the requirements for the licences as law so I don't know, but it is imminent. Actually it is proper bonkers to be doing training now without knowing what the new regs are going to require about training!

The aesthetics is going to be the same as her makeup now, a small crowd of her deluded fan base from years ago or the ones who are bizarrely obsessed with olive will see her on and off for 0.5ml of filler.
I’ll be interested to see if nine toes or cousin sister bestie lets her loose on their faces or whether her CELEB clientele will be the likes Sallie axl.

I would say that once it’s law, no licence breaking the law. Not being a registered professional that is able to administer breaking the law.

It’s getting to that time of the year where I have nothing better to do so *rubs hands together* I shall be on full on reporting mode. Watch out stinky Pete 👮🏻‍♀️
