Yes! Lived in the north, big house that backed onto a golf course. She was married to an ex football manager and they moved to an enormous house which there was a bit of backlash for and then disappeared. I guess around the time people became wise to the fact people were using instagram to burgle you!
She seemed pretty down to earth, but they were obviously minted.

Or that was another one 😂
wontwearsludgebrown or something??

Her outfits still look wearable but she doesn’t seem to post any longer.

Wears My Money is one big walking, talking affiliate link. She frequently scrapes the bottom of the barrel with her flat lays.

Erica Davies is struggling with her changing body shape and I don’t rate many of her outfits at the moment.

The Frugality’s Alex now only goes for bag lady chic.

Chloe and Fran are really boring. I suspect they were both just in the right place at the right time to ride the influencer wave and were always really boring.

I think the good, polished outfits are coming from younger influencers like Lydia Tomlinson:

Anyone remember Poppy Dinsey who did WIWT (what I wore today)?

She was one of the first and I remember thinking she was going to be huge. Haven’t heard or thought of her for ages.

Bringing it back to Kat, I remember Poppystyle doing a thing of ‘buffet’ dresses or something and Kat did the same post a few days later using the same phrases.
Poppy called her out on it- without naming any names- but it was scathing and as lots of us followed the same people I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who chuckled when reading it. It was at the height of ‘women supporting woman’ nonsense as well 😂

Kat reminds me of a family member.

Buys flat in London, gets bored, buys house in country, too suburban, has an affair, buys bigger house in country keeps some chickens. Craves for the city. Has an affair, gets divorced, moves to a city flat, remarried moves to suburbs, hates it. Gets divorced, move to a country house with chickens, gets remarried, hates it craves city life. 4 kids, alcoholic. Never happy, grass is always greener. It’s never his fault his life is like this. Always blames his current partner for forcing a life on him he hates. Sees kids when he’s lonely, but if he’s ok doesn’t see them at all. Although at least 2 chose to not see him anymore.

Constantly up or down.
Highly manipulative.

There are definitely parallels!
