I suspect that at this point she doesn’t really have any genuine friends left who are not part of the influencer circle and who would actually care about her well-being to put a stop to this car crash. Everyone that she seems to hang out with now is just as shallow as she’s become - all out for themselves and how many likes and freebies they can get. It’s such an empty, soulless life to lead.
And just to highlight how badly Kat has let herself go, Trinny’s stories from yesterday - similar age, also going through a break up and very slim BUT she exercises and takes much better care of herself. The difference is shocking!

To be honest I’m not sure Trinny looks any better - she just seems to have pumped her face full of duck knows what.

I wonder about Helen McGinn. She seems nice and sensible - why does she not say something to Kat? Instead it seems she’s her enabler.

Maybe she has said something, and I’m doing her a disservice, but every time I see they’re doing a booze thing together I think come on Helen, can’t you see this isn’t what Kat needs?

Yes Trinny is overfilled all over her face and shiny! Neither are great adverts for fillers and Botox tbh!
