Alcohol has literally become Kat’s personality at this point - I’d say she barely goes a day without posting something about it! 🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s really sad. I’ve seen it so many times , (including myself btw but I was much younger so effects weren’t as drastic ) using alcohol , a known depressant, to deal with breakups/ emptiness. It’s a cycle . Breaking it takes effort but she’d be so much better off for it. Does she mention menopause? I don’t pay that much attention
 
She looks like she would have a hard time with her life style, diet, bone density etc. i wondered if she talks about it or is peri etc. I’m peri and have begun to make the lifestyle changes. I should have made them sooner. Alcohol is very limited now it takes me too long to get over it. She must feel the effects. I wondered with her audience being her age was it something she discusses.
 
I think she's got the patches and thinks its all been resolved!! Never mentions. She must feel like tit at times consuming all that alcohol, although I suppose once you start drinking again, you don't notice the effects of a hangover.

Those dresses in latest post - gosh for someone who is tall and slim and is supposed to be a stylist, they looked absolutely hideous. Her legs are not good in my opinion, no wonder she normally wears long dresses or trousers and keeps them covered up. Someone needs to style her ffs!!
 
She is really struggling to hold the dresses up on her frame in the liberty/farm rio/rixo post. I followed her years ago and enjoyed her posts when she started out, it's fairly shocking to see her looking this way, her overall appearance isn't one of a healthy and well person, it surprises me she is still getting clothing gigs. She does seem to promote alcohol a lot. Hope she can turn it around for the sake of her kids at least!
