Court records on their divorce show all of the activity. You can see the ask for supervised visits coincided with the report of abuse in Jan of 2023. I think that all Luke and Rebecca knew of was only related to Lake. And of course easier for Luke to say he’s innocent BUT now in May the first victim who is now an adult came forward and that may not have been known to Rebecca and Luke until he was arrested. It appears MN police contacted Sarasota police and shared the older victims abuse which backed up what the youngest victim told her mother and investigators back in Jan.

I think she did know, but I think if the allegations are made in Jan that’s when she found out, and she then asked for supervised visits with him. Totally agree. She didn’t have enough evidence and she needed support - now don’t get me wrong she can’t spell for tit and she is an incompetent mathematician, but she is smart, and Wiley. She would have done what she could in that situation.

Remember you can’t just shout n and expect the custody agreement to stop- you need evidence or testimony. She would have got the supervised visits, then started to get formal allegations together.

Now this is 2 victims under 12 which tells me it’s bad news for him. The article said the kids at the time were ages 6-10, lake is younger so I can’t see it being her. It’s possible it’s kids from the church that he attended in MIN or kids that he knows from family. The charges don’t state sex battery of a family member but then again they may not place that in the charge.

Normally after charges are filed the defendant can’t have any contact with ANY minors until after a resolution or if you go to prison that’s not happening at all.

I think (and again just my thoughts and knowledge of the legal system) that Rebecca just thought it was flinging around mud as part of the divorce, Katie took lake to the U.K. - Luke threatened charges to her if she didn’t come back - she did, and held her ground and bidded her time.
L&R were all lovey at xmas and new year so tells me she wasn’t overly concerned about the allegations then.

Now either one of 2 things are happening here and it’s fight or flight instinct

1) Rebecca doesn’t believe the allegation and standing by Luke because either it’s all made up bogus bullshit by Kaddie (she could be genuinely out to get him we don’t know)

2) rebecca does believe and her fight instinct kicked in, the only way she could keep that kid safe is to be around ALL THE TIME and make sure when she turned up, Rebecca was there. Maternal instinct is strong even if it’s not your kid, and as a woman I would protect her too.

The egg freezing is odd but I appreciate she may want a child someday and you need a partner if you freeze eggs otherwise it’s expensive to do it alone- so maybe she used him for that. Knowing she won’t use his sperm and will just use her eggs and find someone else.

Or the other reality is that this is all bogus and made up. We don’t know, and if it is i think that’s just as bad.

Remember in the US charges are slightly different but their legal system was modelled on British common law - so they would have needed probable cause to arrest him or he was a risk to the public.

It’s very clear in the affidavit that the victims are his two daughters. It literally said the victim sees (redacted) every Thursday and every other weekend.. clearly that is Lake.

I think Katie was trying to get court to let her go back to UK with Lake but no go and I thought I read a passport had to be turned into lawyers. I bet Luke was trying to prevent Katie from leaving with Lake. He’s a sick bastard!

What really infuriates me is that he publicly posted about his older daughters heart surgery when she was a child when at the same time he was probably grooming/abusing her. Only a truly evil person would take advantage this way. The more I think about this the more sick it makes me.

Remember Kadieeee’s BFF Farah Pop? I noticed a little while ago that she seemed to have moved to Sarasota. I wonder now if it was for support, if Katie couldn’t fly back to the UK? Farah’s posted this on FB - it definitely seems to allude to protection?! Although I couldn’t make sense of half of it 🤣🙈

From all her pictures it looks like many are at Katie’s house, my bet is she is staying with Katie.
 
The guy is beyond sick ! Have read the affidavit But seems the child in question told her mother in January! How can you let him anywhere near her after that ! All the pics posted by him taking his daughter to school teaching her to ride a bike was it all for show to try and suggest what a great dad he is when all along his a vile pervert I don’t think kids make up that sort of stuff
I do think Kadee surrounds herself with odd people surely her mum would be the best person to be with her and her dad and brother should pay Luke a visit preferably in the middle of the night !

3 months is the maximum a tourist can stay in the US, so she should be back in the UK soon. She had no job.

Think this topic is going to run and run maybe we should start a new thread ? Any suggestions for a title meanwhile all the huns are still smashing it and wonder how many more have signed up to the 7 figure accelerator plan/scam can’t wait to see what happens when their actual commission pays out apparently he’s notorious for not coming up with the goods !
 
Just occurred to me that the charges in Sarasota could be for both victims as there was a time both victims lived with him in Sarasota as well as one visiting several times. Must hold a lot more weight to have both victims on one case. I hope this moves swiftly so the victims can begin to heal.

Why hasn’t anyone blasted him on social media yet? I can’t believe it’s been kept quiet on social media. Obviously i wouldn’t want to call attention for the victims sake but there’s always someone to call out these perverts.

Because in the US it’s different to the U.K. you can call out the charges but he isn’t guilty until a court of law decides he is. So calling him out means he has avenues to sue you for libel - so people will remain silent.
Also because it could draw attention to the victims which isn’t what you want really, poor kids don’t need the word to know what happened, they just need to see him gone and to heal

True but his arrest is public record and by calling him out I would mean his arrest and that would not be libelous. Since he cannot be with any minors and he lives so close to a school I would think the arrest would be made more public than just a news article especially with social media these days.

Yeah true I guess that bit wouldn’t be libel.

No he would be permitted to live in that area so long as it’s a set distance from a school but Sarasota has a firm policy that allows local law enforcement let the public know when a sex offender has moved into the area - they are been permitted to share a picture of them on their media site
 
Rebecca keeps posting about the progress in their new outdoor area for her new company, Soul Sarasota which must be connected to the same brand her brother has for promoting Herbalife products. I wonder how well that would go down if Luke is allowed to live there. I would imagine it’s hard to swing a $7000 mortgage payment each month on her own.

I think Rebecca does quite fine financially and probably is able to afford this on her own. From the start I questioned how financially stable Luke even was. What is curious is Build SeniorLiving hasnt done a thing. Still follows Luke on social media, hasnt made a post about Luke being with the company. Also- he doesn’t have to register as a sex offender until he is convicted - so there will be nothing in the registry until that happens
 
I haven’t seen him in any of her videos, and I also noticed it’s been a while since his mum and dad paid a visit. Maybe they are siding with the victims rather than their son.

Worries me that where there are 2 are there more? I mean senior living will likely have to wait until after the court date and a verdict and Speer are themselves unless they take it upon themselves to do it earlier……or maybe they don’t know?
