I’ve been off for a few days…. Come back to see all the new about Luke, absolutely horrendous and I agree, do not read the documents, I cannot stop thinking about it and for the first time in my life, I really feel for Kadie, what a horrendous time for and having to let Lake go to her fathers must have been heart wrenching.
Really hope she’s getting to support she needs for her and Lake x

I made the mistake of reading, I knew it would be bad but I’m truly horrified and so sad for those girls.
I hope he gets what he deserves and the rest of them can all heal
 
Was anyone on here aware she had this Awful pink car? According to her comments, Dani's had it ages and has just made a decision to use it today. Just seems a bit weird especially considering she had to use a crappy courtesy car when the Tesla was in for repair.

Honestly don’t read it. I went ahead and had a look not realising how graphic it would be. I’m a pretty tough person and I found it disturbing and it has played on my mind since.

I didn’t realise America has these kind of documents which detail everything on public show before a guilty verdict. Wow it’s traumatic for the victims in any case to have documents so easily found.

I've only got onto probable cause affidavits this year myself. I've been following the idaho college murder case an they released the affidavit in January. Everyone on a reddit sub im on have dissected every last detail on it. Anyway, a lot of these people are from America, an the general consensus is that these documents don't even cover all of the crimes or all the evidence.They are written quite vague coz theyre only needed to prove probable cause for an arrest. So as awful as it sounds, it's likely that there's still a lot more information to come out 💔

The court website states the four counts are capital felonies. According to my googling, capital felonies in Florida carry life sentences....or death penalty. Considering he has four counts, he's not getting out of this one.

Just this year Florida passed a bill allowing the death penalty for child sexual abusers with a 8-4 vote, previously it had to be unanimous vote. He’s facing the death penalty or at least 25 years in prison. He would be 70 earliest when he would get out of prison and would have nothing, that’s if he survives prison.

I agree it’s not right that it’s so easy to figure out who the victims are but Luke is a public figure and there is no privacy anymore for anyone who is on social media. Hopefully more support for the victims comes out of what is going to be a horrificly public trial. The victims are brave for coming forward and while it is painful for the abuse to come to light publicly it is one step toward healing.

He is a white man living in a red state - history is on his side. These cases are incredibly difficult to try, which is why most sexual predators walk the streets. Both victims will have to testify - which will be incredibly emotionally draining to do so against your father. So don’t get your hopes up on extended jail time. I hope I am wrong.

He also under investigation in Minnesota and Wisconsin where he lived previously to Florida so the arrest in Fl is probably the tip of the iceberg.

She's still with him. Go to her RebeccaLouiseNutrition IG and look at her stories. She clearly talks about how "they" had back to back calls today and Luke was finishing up with his. Used their house as collateral to get out of jail. All info is public knowledge per the Bond company. She obviously is drinking the kool-aid if she stays with him. 4 counts of sexual abuse on a minor plus more charges coming from WI/MN. What will Rebecca do then?
 
Thanks for the advice not to read the documents - I’ve decided not to. I’ve reacted to your posts with a ‘sad face’ which felt the best thing to do, I wanted to acknowledge your advice with ‘love’ but somehow that didn’t seem right under the circumstances. Whatever has gone on i hope the victims can heal from this, I really do.
 
I completely agree with not reading it as I did. In my job I am regularly exposed to explicit information of some horrific offences but the details included in that shocked me and it was definitely something I wish I hadn’t read. Protect yourselves and just hug your little ones close because there really are some nasty people in this world 😔

That actually made my eyes sweat a bit, thank you. I know it’s weird to take advice from a stranger on the internet, especially when we’re all here for the gossip and scandal. I think you’ve made the right decision xx
