It's interesting seeing Johnny laughing and joking with members of the court, the court writer, the bailiff waved at him and he nodded his head. It seems he's well received by those working in the courtroom.
Even the lady with the headphones typing ( can’t remember what she is called ) interacts and laughs with himIt's interesting seeing Johnny laughing and joking with members of the court, the court writer, the bailiff waved at him and he nodded his head. We thought the same.. haha91 or 96? Quite the leap
Did anyone see Amber hug her lawyers when she came in??
Good pointWhy didn’t they just get the surgeon who originally saw his finger
It doesn’t matter if the ridiculing happened after the trial or not though. It just matters that it is currently happening. Because it’s during the current trial that the details of the domestic abuse allegations became most exposed to the public. The U.K. trial wasn’t against Amber and it wasn’t publicly televised.
my point is that it isn’t *just* people saying that her behaviour is a bit odd, there’s a lot of vitriol aimed at her. Theres name calling. Theres disinformation on the trial itself being spread on social media. Johnny Depp is being weird too during the trial but there isn’t the same level of hatred or aggression towards him.
I’m saying it isn’t *just* misogyny but it’s undeniable that there are misogynistic elements to it
What happens if the motion to strike is granted? So today the last of Heards witnesses. Heard rests her case. They'll be a motion to strike today probably if time allows by Depps side. Emily D said there is a possibility the judge might stike due to Heard having no evidence. Then Depp brings his rebuttal witnesses.
Just twigged where they're going with this witness.
