He really does seem more controlling as the time goes on. He touched on having to leave his friends at the winter wonderland or whatever it was cos he felt his anxiety kicking in. This is the kinda stuff Zoe used to talk about. Sometimes the controlling behaviour isn’t just about being a dick and wanting everything your way, but it’s when things are out of routine or the way you’re expecting them to go, you’re panicking. I dunno what he’s like behind closed doors obviously but the longer they’re together and the older he’s getting he’s showing more of that behaviour on camera. If he can’t handle some simple changes at Christmas for Diane’s family in her own house, boy go see a psychologist asap or she’ll be out the door.
 
When they were all at one end of the table and he asked if he stunk did he honestly expect them all to get up and rush to his side, they said they didn't want to sit on his chair, what I found uncomfortable is that Dianne did move and it felt like she knew if she hadn't then he'd have a problem despite making a "joke" about it. How does she cope with him.

How Dianne didn't punch him when he was hovering making little quips constantly as she was showing her brother how to make cappuccino :rolleyes:
'Dot, Dot no it doesn't say Watford. No Dot look again. It doesn't say Watford. It wasn't Stacey Dooley Dot. Dot, Dot it wasn't Stacey Dooley'. He seems to be worse and more nitpicky of her when her family are around as if to claim ownership.
And honestly he's known her family will be over for months. Why couldn't he order the turkey? And will a crown be enough for that many people?
Rina genuinely looks done with him tbh 😂 Trying to ignore him while she was reading her book.
 
I thought the matching pyjama comment was a bit of a dig at what Zoe does. She always makes everyone wear them. Who knows? He has got more wound up recently. Maybe it’s the fact of having her Mum and Dad living there for the last month. Most of it with just him. Also he’s had no time on his own with Dianne, which is probably hard for him. Just wondering if he’s building up to the proposal and the nerves are starting to kick in.

I saw on one if their IG stories her other brother and family have now arrived. They dont seem to be into SM so they may not be overly impressed with a camera recording every move!

I’d just find it very strange if his way of being “nervous for an upcoming proposal” was to ramp up being a horrible, nit picking, condescending prick to your girlfriend and her family.
